Are you looking for a healthier alternative to a girls' holiday and wanting to connect with like-minded souls? Perhaps you are seeking to deepen your yoga and meditation practice, connect to parts of yourself you’ve been pushing away, and shift some old limiting beliefs. Or you may simply need time in nature for a nervous system reset and recharge by the ocean amongst palm trees in sacred Bali. Coconut Spice Yoga and Naturopathy invites you to join this Ascend Chakra Yoga, Breathwork and Free Diving Retreat in Bali.
It’s away from the crowds, and you get to enjoy the most beautiful waterfalls with barely anyone around, along with private group access to the nearby Holy Water temple for a sacred blessing.
Gaia Oasis Resort stretches for 2.5 acres along the Pacific Ocean. Each of their eleven uniquely designed Balinese-style bungalows is located right on the seafront, providing quick access to swimming, snorkeling, free diving, and sunbathing, with views of the sunrise coming off the ocean from your balcony and outdoor showers amongst the palm trees. I sleep outside on the balcony in my daybed, listening to the sounds of the ocean.
The bungalows are constructed out of bamboo, natural stone, and wood; some are covered by traditional Alang-Alang grass roofs. They have open-air bathrooms, hot water, fully equipped kitchens, mosquito nets, closets, towels, linen, and a daybed. To reduce the carbon footprint, bungalows are designed to maximize airflow and use natural ventilation instead of air-conditioning. Each bungalow comprises two double rooms lovingly furnished by their owners.
Look out into the Pacific Ocean and feel the fresh breeze in the restaurant as you tuck into any of Coconut Spice Yoga and Naturopathy’s three daily buffets comprising healthy Indonesian and Western-influenced dishes. Prepared by a Balinese chef and team, meals are largely vegetarian, with fresh ocean fish and produce from the organic gardens.
The octagon-shaped yoga shala has views of the ocean and is perfect for Coconut Spice Yoga and Naturopathy’s yoga, workshops, and meditation sessions.
A retreat where the calming depths of freediving meet the spiritual heights of yoga. Join us on a mesmerising journey of self-discovery and inner peace, set against the backdrop of nature’s most serene landscapes in sacred Bali.
Explore the power of yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and mudra to open your energy centres, release old stagnant energy and unresolved emotions, and reconnect with your true nature of love and joy.
Feel more energised, light, and peaceful, enhancing your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Experience the stillness of the ocean like never before. Freediving teaches you breath control, mental focus, and a profound connection with the underwater world.
Delve into transformational workshops using rebirthing breathwork, reiki healing, opening and closing circles, and cacao ceremonies to open your heart and seek guidance. You will also enjoy sound healing to reset your nervous system and connect more deeply with your higher self, and join in kirtan under the stars for bhakti yoga and chanting of ancient Sanskrit mantras.
Coconut Spice Yoga and Naturopathy will also guide you through inner child journeys, future visioning, ancient cleansing rituals to release lower vibrational energies, and practices to connect with the land, ancestors, spirit guides, and your deeper self.
The retreat emphasises the concept of ascension – rising through the water, through your yoga and breathwork practice, through ceremony, and through powerful workshops – onward along your personal journey. Discover a higher state of consciousness and a renewed sense of purpose.
Come together with other sisters in circle, where the magic happens. Open the space, honour the healing land of beautiful Bali, and share your journeys together.
Open your heart and move your body. Allow the shakti energy to flow and release any stagnant energy. Step out of your comfort zone and be vulnerable and free.
A powerful journey using your breath as your medicine—to connect deeper into your heart and recharge your nervous system. Feel safe to release unresolved emotions and wounds held in your connective tissue.
Open your heart and throat chakra through bhakti yoga. Chant sacred Sanskrit mantras by the ocean as the sun sets, connecting to the divine through chanting, music, harmonium, and the support of fellow sisters.
Daily morning yoga sessions to open your energy centres and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Yin yoga to calm the nervous system and explore deep holds that open the connective tissue and fascia, releasing tension through the meridians and energetic body. End with yoga nidra to drop into deep somatic rest and soothe every cell before a beautiful night’s sleep—fully integrating the day.
Experience inner child work, future visioning, goal-setting, and receive daily practices and tools to take home with you.
