This program has been made to be accessible and enjoyable for anyone who is willing to put all their efforts into positively transforming their lives and the lives of those they come in contact with. Coco B Wellness want to help elevate leaders who have a burning desire to elevate the lives of the people around them.

This program is unique. It is designed to help you find your own authentic teaching voice and inherent natural style. This teacher training will build a strong foundation and provide teaching techniques that will help the student of yoga transform into a teacher of yoga. It will deepen and build your personal practice as you embark on a transformational journey toward becoming an inspiring yoga instructor.

You will be challenged to go deeper into your physical practice and awaken within you, the capacity to guide, inform, and inspire others. You will leave having discovered your true self. To get to your true self, you must examine dreams you have forgotten, fears that are holding you back, and beliefs that are not your own. Finding the courage to discover who you really are will help you realize your true potential.

5 principles of practice

Practice is everything. In this training, everything starts and ends with the practice. When you get that right, when you commit to it, the theory, techniques, and methodology all flow naturally.

If it does not challenge you, it does not change you. When you come to this training, expect strong classes, challenging poses, clarity in teaching, and a supportive environment where transformation is expected.

Balance is the greatest goal in health. Everything in this training integrates mind and body, breath, and movement, nervous system balance, and nutrition to help you live the best life you can. Balance in all aspects of health is your ultimate goal.

Food matters. To practice yoga without intelligent nutrition is like trying to run uphill with rocks tied to your ankles. Food is the biggest variable in your health, and you will be taught a non-dogmatic approach to nutrition-based on modern science and real-world application.

Be your own guru. In daily classes, there is no chanting, chakras, or incense. Coco B Wellness believe fitness science should be taught and spirituality should discover, personally, and individually. They reject group-think and dogma, and respect each individual as both a student and a teacher in their own right. They are a secular organization and welcome people of all faiths.

Gourmet meals

Your stay at Casa B Coco includes three delicious, vegan, consciously-prepared meals each day. This includes arrival day's dinner, breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day with ingredients from the organic garden on-site, and departure day's breakfast. All meals are gourmet vegetarian friendly.

Special meal requests

Upon request, Coco B Isla will do their best to provide for special meal needs (such as lactose intolerance, food allergies, etc.). These requests are required to be communicated at least two weeks in advance. Please communicate your request and keep in mind that a huge variety of non-allergic products are not as easily available in Mexico (as for example in the U.S.).

Optional intermittent fasting training

If interested, eating schedule will be switched around to no breakfast 8 a.m, with just black coffee or water with free time to study or journal. First meal will be at noon, latest time to eat will be at 8 p.m.
