While deepening your practice and living your daily life in consciousness, through impartial and detached observation of your actions, you can inspire other yogis to follow the path of freedom by sharing your knowledge.

You will stay in a shared double room in a century-old House with a panoramic view on the Siagne Valley. Single rooms are available at additional cost.

This yoga teacher training is certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT-200).

During this retreat, whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, you will be able to develop and to share a new vision of yoga. The certificate is validated by writing a dissertation on a specific subject and a practical assessment in a classroom situation. But it is also based on a 90% presence at all courses as well as on the behavior and the conduct of the student.

With this certificate, students can register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 hours Certified Yoga Teacher.

  • 07:30 - 09:00: Asanas (postures) and pranayama
  • 09:30 - 10:30 Breakfast
  • 11:00 - 12:00 Anatomy (emotional anatomy in option)
  • 12:00 - 13:00 Philosophy
  • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
  • 14:00 - 17:00 Afternoon reserved for personal study

Optional

  • If you wish, you can take a private kinesiology session with 3 courses of technic discovery during training (to be paid on the spot).

You can arrive one day before the retreat and stay two or three days after. The nights will be included in the price of the training.

  • Emma Malarkey

    Emma practices and studies yoga in India. She experienced many styles and many schools like the traditional Hatha,Tantra, Mysore Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Hatha Vinyasa and more modern forms like Yin Yoga and Bikram. Her wide experience inspired her to develop her own personal teaching style. She offers energic Hatha Yoga classes stronly influenced by Vinyasa and maintaining postures to create intensity and helping steching the body.

  • Gaurav Aggarwal

    Dr. Gaurav Agrawal teaches at the Indian Palmistry Institute. PhD in clinical psychology, he also teaches in the department of Clinical Psychology at the Dev Sanskriti University in Haridwar. He is specialized in Pantajali philosophy and teaches it in many yoga centers in Rishikesh. His main field of research is how to use astrology and palm reading to prevent psychological disorders and help human evolution.

The training takes place in the small Provençal village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, on the French Riviera, only an hour drive from Nice airport. Its location, near a classified Natura 2000 area, will give you the opportunity to participate in daily hiking in the heart of nature.
