Her passion is to create epic experiences that have a positive impact and make a lasting difference. Teaching runs in her veins. She's been teaching a wide variety of sports since she was 17 years old. Eventually she took a more spiritual approach and turned to yoga. My yoga classes are a dynamic flow, which focuses on strength, release, fun, love, and breath work.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I now reside in the little Caribbean island of Aruba. Yoga snuck into my life by recommendation of a friend. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2012 and have been leading classes ever since. From workshops to retreats, my dedication to being a student guided me to learn from my greatest influencers. My intention for each class is to offer a fun and down-to-earth vibe, combined with creative sequencing and an eclectic playlist.

In addition, he dedicates his time to learn other breath modalities such as the art of breath, the oxygen advantage, and taking courses with Brian Mackenzie and XPT. She regularly presents on "psychoacoustics" as a keynote speaker in the medical community and internationally. She uses sound healing in conjunction with herbal therapy, shamanic energy medicine, growth-oriented lifestyle reflections, dietary and nutritional shift, and several other modalities in her on-on-one healing programs.
