Lora started her yoga practice in 2009 with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in New York City. In the same year, she also took her first spiritual journey to South India where she learned about Vedanta and the roots of yoga. In 2010, she started taking classes of Ashtanga yoga and Kundalini yoga in Manhattan, which resulted in her 500-hour teacher training. In 2014, she went to the Wudang Mountains in China where she received Qi Gong training. From 2013 to 2018, she went on traveling the world and teaching yoga and Qi Gong to different international communities.
