In this training, you comprehensively explore the creative potential of aerial hammock for yoga, as well as diving into anatomy, teaching tools, interesting sequencing techniques, a yoga philosophy overview, and some tips for integrating positive psychology into your classes. What differentiates CircAsana's training is the emphasis on creativity and fun. Yes, they do give you a manual with all the asana, and thoroughly break down instruction and alignment, but they also teach tools for you to be able to create on your own, beyond the training. As one of their students so beautifully put it, they teach you how to build the box, then they give you the tools to break it apart rebuild it into your own creation.
You will be staying in the beautiful Selina Red Frog Beach. Venue amenities include a swimming pool, coffee bar, surfboard rentals, coworking area, and Wi-Fi.
