The program covers cardio, strength and flexibility in equal measure. It pushes you to what seems to be your limit. But the variety of exercises always makes it interesting. And then there's the food ... a more natural diet that's full of flavour without the nasties of western convenience that cause so many health problems. So good, I'll be back again next year.

Everything was perfect. Instructor was very helpful, professional and ready to do everything for each participant, taking care for all. The food was delicious, Casper is perfect cook.
Training were adopted for each participant.
Environment was nice, swimming pool, ocean, send... all activities. We had also some sauna, massages and many other activities.
I would like to go again there. THANK YOU CASPER!!!

This training camp is amazing. If you love nature and outdoors and want to feel rejuvenated it's perfect. Mountains , sea , fresh air and only fresh natural food. There is a enormous consideration of all participants levels to get the most out of it and work all muscle groups. Casper is a phenomenon . His camp is paced so that you can recharge during the day . There is no monotony and the element of surprise in the daily schedule makes it all the more exciting.
The food is superb . You would never believe that you could eat this healthy and feel satisfied.
Met many people who have been to the camp multiple times. You will leave feeling like a new person and once hooked you'll be back.
