On this retreat, you will connect to true compassion through Cheryl Deer Yoga’s very own healing process. By tapping into your own fears and vulnerabilities, you connect to the parts of yourself that need healing. The healing energy you develop through your own process can then be extended out into the world through meditation, prayer, and action. By taking care of your own body, mind, and spirit, you are able to focus your energies on other parts of the world and other people that need healing in the same ways.
