Kat is a writer, meditation, yoga teacher with 8 years of experience — and a creator of Cheeky Yoga Club. Although she received her yoga teacher certification in Vinyasa-Ashtanga, her approach is a mix of different styles of movement — from calisthenics and locomotion to restorative and vinyasa, to Tantric body awareness and embodied flow. It's all about keeping it FUN-ctional.
