Chamonix Yoga Studio welcomes you to a beautiful, traditional, designer chalet with spacious and comfortable rooms.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and offer magnificent views of the mountains. You can choose to share your room with one or two people or enjoy a private space just for yourself.

Yoga

Each day, the yoga practice is tailored to support your journey, combining movement, breath, and stillness. Mornings focus on dynamic sequences to awaken energy, while evenings offer softer, meditative flows for deep integration.

You’ll explore pranayama, mindful alignment, and intuitive movement, allowing a deeper connection to your body and inner wisdom. Inspired by nature’s elements, each session invites transformation and balance.

Whether through fluid vinyasa, grounding hatha, or meditative yin, every practice is a gateway to self-discovery. Suitable for all levels, with personalized guidance to support your growth.

You'll stay in a newly renovated wooden chalet near Chamonix town center with breathtaking views of the mountain ranges and the majestic Mont Blanc. The chalet's ideal location allows you to explore the area on foot.

During this retreat, you will enjoy delicious vegetarian meals, lovingly prepared to stay in perfect harmony with nature and all living beings.

The chef, Dita, is an incredible cook! She prioritizes organic ingredients whenever possible, using fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Great care goes into selecting the dishes to ensure you receive the right balance of proteins, vitamins, healthy fats, and carbohydrates—providing you with plenty of energy during this retreat.

How to get there

Arrival by car

  • From France: Direct access via the Autoroute Blanche (Highway A40).
  • From Switzerland: Highway to Martigny, Col de la Forclaz, then Col des Montets.
  • From Italy: Mont Blanc Tunnel.

You can also carpool.

Arrival by plane

From Geneva International Airport (88 km): a private driver can be arranged. Alternatively, you can use bus transfers (Blablabus, FlixBus) to Chamonix bus station, where Chamonix Yoga Studio will pick you up.

Arrival by train

  • Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-le Fayet train station: TGV and TER lines
  • The Mont Blanc Express serves all the villages from Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-le Fayet to Martigny (Switzerland): Servoz, Les Houches, Chamonix, Argentière, and Vallorcine.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
