CC's Hideaway's yoga retreat is designed for those who need a change of environment and an escape from the stress of everyday life. They help to overcome life issues through yoga, relaxation, meditation, physical exercise, healthy food, and eco-adventures. They offer a relaxed and nurturing environment to inspire you. Their retreat program gives you choices, whether the start time of the program, food, excursions, other wellness programs, and yoga lessons.
CCs Hideaway, one of the greenest hotels in Phuket, is a 42 room boutique hotel nestled in the lush hills of Kata overlooking the Andaman Sea. Its location provides easy access to three of Phuket's finest beaches: Kata Noi, Kata, and Karon. Spacious rooms with large sliding doors onto private balconies provide beautiful views over Kata Bay and the Andaman Sea. Oceanview rooms can accommodate up to two people.
Spacious Family rooms with large sliding doors onto the patio, rooms are equipped with king-size double bed and a single bed or with 3 single beds. Family Rooms can accommodate 3 people, whatever is the Family or Group of 3 adults.
All days there will be alternative program options to choose from. If you select program A for a particular day, you do not have to attend the program A options for the other days. Upon booking they ask you to begin thinking about which options you want for which days and advise them as soon as possible so that CC's Hideaway can properly schedule you in for your activities.
Some options like Holistic day and Detox day can often be arranged on other days, so please inquire if you need additional flexibility. The daily program descriptions below reflect your full-day retreat options and not the day of check-in or check-out. The yoga sessions reflect a variety of practices. Most classes are Hatha or Vinyasa though, several Ashtanga and Yin classes are offered.
During the retreat, you will enjoy a number of excursions and tours to popular attractions in Phuket. All included tours are listed day by day in the weekly program.

The lush hills and nearby beaches of Kata and Karon will be your vibrant playground for this escapade. Phuket's finest beaches are within reach. Kata beach, just below the hills is actually made up of two main beaches, Kata Yai and Kata Noi. Kata Yai (big Kata) has soft, powdery sand meeting turquoise water which swings from a millpond in dry season to a small surf beach in the wet. Commercial areas are also nearby, streets teeming with restaurants, accommodations and other business establishments. With vast views of the Andaman sea, fine beaches and nearby commercial centers, this is the perfect location for a fun and invigorating retreat.

Breakfast at CCs is all you can eat and will be from an ala carte menu or a breakfast buffet. CC's also offers smoothie bowls of the day as an option.
On the other hand, lunch, and dinner can be any two items off the retreat menu, excursion menu or if a buffet is served, it will be all you can eat. For each meal, you'll have the choice of soft drinks including fresh coconut, tea, or coffee. A cold-pressed fresh juice or a healthy smoothie of your choice will be served daily.
With the body and soul package, the guest chooses between a 60-minutes body scrub or body wrap, followed by 60-minutes of aroma therapy oil massage. The former treatments improve skin moisture or renewal, while the aromatic oil treatment provides ultimate relaxation and skin protection.
A value combination of Foot Reflexology (45 mins) and Thai massage with hot herbal compress (120 minutes) for guests who need a full break after a long day of activity, especially walking. The oil-free Thai massage helps reinvigorate the body, while foot reflexology promotes oxygenation of all body tissue, both aiming to restore your energy for the rest of the day.
This exclusive spa program lets the guest enjoy the lush of Thai Herbs, carefully mixed and match to make the perfect, relaxing scent. The treatments consist of 30 minutes of Thai herbal steam followed by a 2-hour Thai massage with the hot herbal compress. Due to the tropical ingredients used, one would not easily find the opportunity to experience this outside of Thailand.
This “tanning” package is actually a great overall soothing and comforting package. A luxurious chocolate wrap will moisturize and soften the skin, a coffee peeling will clean it. Then you will receive an aroma massage and facial massage that will fill you with energy and give your skin some nutrition and hydration. Sauna, steam room, and hydrobath are also included.
