It was a great place to stay, loved the staff as they were really accommodating and great food to choose on a daily basis. The daily activities were well thought and the yoga catered to all levels even for a clumsy beginner as me. Highly recommended.
Next is worth tried as a couple or with girlfriends.

I'd like to give 10 for CC's hideaway in Phuket. I'm very satisfied. My stay was just perfect. The hotel is in a nice and quiet part of the city. The rooms are very clean, delicious food, very helpful and friendly stuff, very good yoga classes and well organized, interesting tours. I felt at CC's like at home. Could stay there forever. ;),
I had an absolute wonderful time at your resort. I could not have asked for a better relaxing time. I think for those that chose the full yoga retreat they have everything they could expect, yoga, tours, personal care etc. The resort itself was wonderful, relaxing, easy access to the beac, friendly staff, and flexibility.
I loved my stay and I look forward to visiting again :)

The best things about CC's Hideaway lie in the warmth of the staff - each and every member. Very caring, fun, professional and friendly. It is an extremely reasonable price for hotel rooms, yoga, touring and food. The quality and service are beautiful (saying good is an understatement). The Yoga teachers as well as the Tour guide, make you feel like family. In fact I was so touched when the guide, Nim and the reception suggested how I plan my private tour around the islands, so that I do not spend extra money. Honestly, that is rare, as commercially, hotels would want to see their own profit, right!!?? But these guys make their guests become family. The hotel food is very tasty and authentic and a great variety too!The rooms are very clean with amazing view and exuding peace. The Yoga was a good blend for all levels. The organized trips were super fun.
However, one improvement/suggestion - they need to be more clear and organized with information before hand. Eg: what shoes to wear, if the trek is slippery, what and how many change of clothes to carry for the 4 Waters.
I would go back to CC's in a heartbeat and I miss the people and friends I made. I have traveled around Thailand several times as I love the country but this experience was more than valuable, vast, relaxing and super warm.
Hope this helps!

CC's Hideaway is exactly the place I wanted for this holiday. Quiet, great food and juice, nice cocktails, very nice people working there. What's better is that they have amazing activities, including yoga and day trip. With CC's, no other information needed, you can have a fulfilling, comfortable, and memorable holiday.
I don't know what scent they put in the room, it keeps mosquitoes away. Their bed and pillow are super comfy.
From CC's yoga rooftop, you can view the Kata beach, and the mountains around. Practicing yoga with Kendo and Louis was great experience. Kendo is also the masseuse, who is incredibly good and helpful.
All the food, fruit juice and cocktails are decent. I enjoyed everything I had.
For activities, I joint the big Buddha trekking and The Four water eco. The trekking wasn't too easy, but the guide was helpful and cheerful. Don't miss those if you go!
Generally, CC's provide quiet, colorful, healthy holiday, with convenient free shuttle car to take you to anywhere close. It's definitely worth the price. I loved it. Wish to come back someday.
Oh, forgot to mention their cutie Taotao, which is a very gentle lovely cat. She just brings more cute to this place.

I had a wonderful yoga retreat at CC’s Hideaway for 4 days. Very uncomplicated reservation and flexible addition of extras like additional night and daytime activities. The Hotel offers a very good combination of lovely hotel including staff, good yoga sessions twice a day and a perfect organized tours during the day. I had a perfect break on Phuket and would always come back.

Great adventure and personal touch. The hotel location is nice and peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town and noise. One has the views of the mountain as well as the sea. Free shuttle to beaches and popular sites. Do plan timings if you're going into town and check with hotel on the pick-ups. Good variety of food. Small, small pool though. Comfortable bed, good turnover, and cleaning service. There are different instructors throughout the week. Usually consistently, there are two instructors. They help as they get to know what you can do and help improve those positions. Would have preferred the morning sessions to be earlier to enjoy the morning breeze. Perhaps the hotel can think of doing two sessions in the morning, one for the early risers and one for the late ones. We had Nuya and Luis. Both were good in their own styles. Thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and photo taking at the beach. It was very inspiring doing and posing the yoga sessions with the two beautiful sculpted instructors. We also had a fantastic time with Nuya who brought us on trekking session to the temples, kayak session at a mangrove, a short trek in the national forest park and waterfall, a hot spring, and a gorgeous beach. The excursion was wonderful; it brought us away from the commercial areas and enjoy the true gorgeous Phuket with a personal guide and her personal touch. Compliments to Nuya and her hard work, she is a gem to the hotel. Keep it up. Kenneth, the general manager, was very prompt in service, putting the hotel guests first. I appreciated his attention.

Have never thought of staying somewhere away from the beach at Phuket before. This is something different but we gave it a try and we liked it a lot! The experience that we had at CC's Hideaway is something you will never able to experience from staying at a branded and big hotel. It's small but it is cozy and tranquil. It's the best place for someone who thinks of getting away from the busy world to relax and enjoy. All the staff are friendly and helpful. There's free shuttle to the beach every hour! It solved all trouble getting to the beach and it's more than convenient! Food at the hotel were good too! The yoga classes were perfect. We managed to try a lot of challenging poses! Thanks to Luis and Nuya for the great experience and the patient to teach us! We got to try AcroYoga too! It's so cool and fun! Other than the yoga classes, Nuya went tracking with us to big Buddha. I was thinking not to join at first but Nuyas energetic spirit influenced me and I'm so glad that I went! We got to try the fresh pick of pesto leaves, basil leaves and a lot more! It's really interesting and we got to know a lot more of the local. They even plucked fresh fruits for us to try it! We had a lot of talk with Nuya and Luis. They are friendly and truthful and it's great to listen to their stories and their experience as yoga instructor. We had a pleasant stay at CC's and we will definitely come back again! Thanks for the great host!

From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and helpful and the organization of the retreat was great. I was never allowed to feel alone and was encouraged to participate in every activity, even some I never would normally feel comfortable doing. The positivity of the yoga team was amazing and certainly radiated throughout our group and my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and have made some wonderful memories.
“Awesome yoga class”
I loved the classes at 5.30 pm. Not too hard but challenging. Luis gives good instructions and whilst the class is progressing the sun sets.
I felt so relaxed going into the evening every time, can recommend it to anyone.

I decided to spend my 47th birthday in Phuket, and I narrowed down my search to either CC's Hideaway or one of the resorts in Patong. I am so grateful I chose CC's Hideaway as the hospitality is second to none. Everyone took the time to get to know me, and they were always ready to help me with any questions I had.
Also, the resort offers exceptional excursions I definitely took advantage of such as the John Gray Canoe, the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, and Koh Rok & Haa snorkeling. Just make sure if you are staying during the high season to book your excursions a minimum of 2 days in advance.
The continental breakfast is great as well as the food from the restaurant. My room was very big, the bathroom was good size, and the balcony was great as well. The wifi is exceptional and also free. Just remember that when you remove the room key from its slot the electricity will shut off in about 30 seconds. The A/C unit works very well and easy to control. There were some water stains in my room that should probably be painted over. I also took advantage of the free shuttle to Kata Beach.
If there is one complaint I have is the neighbor next to resort has a rooster who likes to wake everyone up at 4 am, and you will hear the rooster if you stay in either room #'s 14, 15, or 16. I think it is time to have a talk with said neighbor about the nuisance of said rooster.
Finally, make no mistake you are up in the mountains and the hill is a very steep one - about a 60 degree angle - and so be prepared coming and going from the resort.
Once again, thank you for my wonderful time and I will be visiting again.

Overall a great place to stay if you want to avoid the craziness of Patong. Also great for practising yoga (Lois was a great, fun and compassionate teacher) or enjoying a massage (I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was amazing! Also taught some yoga classrs) or other wellness features. Or if you just enjoy chilling by the pool! Lovely staff, always super attentive.
If you are looking for a quirky little hotel somewhere in the south of Phuket, you can’t go wrong with CC’s Hideaway. Nestled high in the lushly vegetated hills away from the madding crowds of Karon and Kata with a cockerel as your next door neighbour, this oasis of peace and fun offers superb views and yoga twice a day in an open air studio. You don’t need to be worried if you can’t put your legs behind your neck; the yoga teacher encourages you to do as much as you can whilst gently encouraging you to stretch just that little bit further... astonishing value as well for the length of the class. Ditto the massage. The free shuttle buses are a real bonus as, believe me, you don’t want to be negotiating that hill in the heat. You just need to be prepared to sometimes have a bit of a nail biting ride, depending on the driver.
Breakfasts are to die for if you love mango and pineapple and eggs cooked any way you want. The bacon is crisp and pastries are fresh and yummy. We also ate at the hotel at other times and the meals we had were delicious. It’s a shame wine is so expensive but that’s not the fault of the hotel but the exorbitant duty the Government places on it.
Although the pool isn’t huge, it’s perfectly large enough for swimming and playing. I defy anyone not to try riding the inflatable orca!
If you get bored (which I doubt) you can always while away your time trying to work out the meanings of the numerous paintings throughout the hotel.
And now for the staff..........we found them uniformly friendly (always greeted with a smile), jokey and helpful. As in any holiday, there were a few minor problems. No hot water, actually no water on occasion. An air conditioning unit which sometimes emptied water all over the floor. However, these issues were sorted out immediately on reporting. We were impressed by how professionally any negative comments were taken. All the staff seemed genuinely proud of their place of work.
All in all, a little gem of a hotel. We would have no hesitation in returning.
I found CC’s Hideaway while searching for yoga retreats, looking for an R&R type of getaway. Once I found CC’s, I realized how much more there was to do, and before you know it yoga and R&R were not so important anymore. I scheduled a 2 ½ hour massage for the evening I arrived and another prior to leaving. The massages were very relaxing and totally worth the pennies on the dollar compared to US prices. Every morning I had their breakfast which seemed to get me through most of the day. The hotel staff set up all the tours and I enjoyed the salt-water pool after my adventures each day. Dig a little deeper into their website, and you will find packages and other sources for things to do during your stay. You can even add a yoga class or two. I don’t think I would have left feeling so complete if I simply made it a Yoga getaway. Thank you to the staff and GM, you made me feel like a Queen during my visit and exceeded all of my expectations! I would recommend CC’s Hideaway to everyone I know.
Great place for a quiet and restful holiday filled with refreshing activities. I feel recharged after a 5d4n stay at Cc Hideaway!
Took the yoga retreat package that includes 3 meals, a healthy juice, 2 yoga sessions and day activities on each day. This package arrangement simplifies the holiday as most parts are well taken care of; and their friendly service team provides flexibility to customize the package to your liking as well (read on as I share more...)
No better way to start and end each day with yoga sessions. They are led by professional yoga trainers, Nuya and Luis start with the basics then slowly progress to share variations for different difficulty levels. They are encouraging to beginner learners and motivating to the advanced yoga junkies. No one felt "left out" during the sessions. If you can arrange to stay on for Sat, go for the acro yoga session, we had lots of laughters throughout!
In between yoga sessions in the day, they provide other activities such as Big Buddha jungle trekking, surfing at surfhouse by the beach (otherwise known as flowrider), cultural and heritage tour, Thai cooking class and aerial yoga etc. If you find them too tiring and just wants to chill out, the Sales & Reservations team at CC Hideaway can customize a pampering session at The Oasis Spa instead! We chose that for our last day and felt thoroughly pampered. Thanks to Kenneth, their GM for the flexibility to switch our yoga package to pampering session within a short notice period.
Airport transfer and free shuttle bus transport service from hotel to downtown beach area is provided daily from 9am to 11pm, convenient enough to get around with ease! Not a place for the yuppies who prefers to stay out late for disco/clubbing as Kata/Karon beach is not as "happening" as Patong area. As I have seen, most guests at CC Hideaway prefers the serenity and typically rest early as well.
We tried some restaurants along the beaches on our own but nothing beats the house chef's cooking back at CC Hideaway! Some must-try dishes include Phuket curried fried rice in pineapple, tom yum soup and tom yum fried rice, thai glass noodle salad, green curry etc.
Due to early flight, we checked out at 6am in the morning on the last day and the service team is so kind to prepare breakfast boxes for us to have it on our way to airport!
P/S: for the standard room, remember to request NOT to have the level 1 rooms by the roadside as the passing cars are the only disturbance to the tranquility.
CC's is located on the hill, so it's very quiet and an ideal place for relaxation. Comfortable rooms, very attentive service, good food, nice pool. I booked the yoga holiday program (2 classes per day, full board, accommodation) and enjoyed it very much. Special thanks to the yoga teacher who is a lovely person and very caring for all of her students. Classes are medium level but beginners could also follow and were given alternatives if a pose was new or too challenging. Also enjoyed the city and market trip with her which was great fun.

This trip is the third time for me, but it was too different because I have a five-year-old girl who came together. The staff members were nice, they took care of the kid very well. The rooms were so clean and my niece was very happy. She told everyone that she wanted to visit CC's Hideaway again next week!

Ken and his staff are incredibly helpful, caring, and kind. The hotel is enchanting and clean. We loved the decor, the details, the food, the service, and the hotel's kitty cat. It was a fabulous stay.
The hotel has a nice ocean view. It's clean, nice, and quiet place. They have nice and friendly staff and manager. The rooms are not so big, but simple and clean. And I'd suggest it to everyone who wants a quiet place to stay for relaxing. I have great time there. It's far from the beach, but it has free shuttle.

This place was great to get away from all the hustle and bustle of being in Patong for a week. The staff members were extremely friendly on arrival and attentive to all our needs and requests. We had a pool-access room. The room was comfortable and maintained well, and very clean. Although the hotel was situated in the hills away from the main part of Karon, their free shuttle service was very sufficient in getting us where we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for having us!

I booked a package with this hotel and stayed there for 4 nights. I was amazed by service and especially the concept of the hotel. They have fantastic yoga classes, very nice food, great location ( although somebody would miss a beach but they have shuttles every hour to the beach) and rooms were cosy and clean. And all that for very reasonable price! I enjoyed my stay at maximum and I would certainly come back again.

CC's hideaway is a great find for visiting Kata area in Phuket. The hotel is a reasonably priced peaceful haven off the main stretch in kata located up a steep hill 5 mins from town. I would recommend booking one of there packages where most things are included. I took the airport bus (200 baht) to arrive at the hotel but was told it could not take me up the hill (probably too steep to carry bags up) however I phoned the hotel and they collected me in kata. The airport bus waits until it is full before leaving and drops everyone at their hotel. It also stops at a shop to sell day trips etc, therefore the journey to get to your hotel using this option can take some time (2-3hrs). The hotel arranged my transport back but this cost 1100 baht, airport shuttle is included in the package options. The hotel has a pool, restaurant with healthy options as well as a varied menu. The rooms are very nicely decorated, nice views with the ocean view option and comfortable beds. There is a free shuttle bus provided to get to the nearby beaches, Kata noi, kata north and south and Karon. There are yoga sessions run twice a day, I loved it kendo was an amazing teacher and boosted your confidence to try out more advanced positions. Staff were excellent and very friendly. If you are looking for a non resort place for mid range prices and relaxation, this is a great option. For beaches it is probably best to go earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon - during rainy season the waves can be extremely strong and knock you off your feet, also there is little beach space to lie on at midday due to the tide.

I came to CC's for the rooftop yoga and stayed for a group hike up to the Big Buddha statue. It was so much fun! Nuya is a wonderful teacher (so encouraging and fun) and the location is very nice - tucked away in the hills above Kata beach. I would definitely recommend coming here to check out the yoga, (two or three classes per day, sometimes on the beach), and the other activities too. There's a holistic diet/accommodation/yoga package as well, but I stayed elsewhere.
Checked in and basically did not leave the resort until I was checking out. Everything was perfect, food/yoga/massage/pool. Kendo was our yoga instructor and he was AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Loved every minute of our stay here. Excursions offered also if you want to explore the Buddha and surrounding area.
Lovely cozy boutique style hotel, very peaceful and quiet if you want to be away from The crowd. Good location still and the hotel provides hourly shuttle to town. I loved the personalized service and the staff all made me feel at home. Everything was just lovely! Even the spa services from Kendo was superb!

My best friend and I absolutely loved our stay at CC Hideaway! So much so that we actually only left the hotel once over the weekend and got back as quickly as we could! We were blown away by Kendo- his yoga instruction was fantastic and his warm, positive attitude contributed hugely to our wonderful experience there! I would highly recommend CC's Hideaway and Belove Yoga for anyone who fancies a fun, healthy and relaxing getaway! We will definitely be back!

Booked in for 8 nights. We were on a seven night all in inclusive yoga retreat package. The staff was terrific and the yoga classes were superior. I work in a yoga studio in CA. and I felt that the teachers here were top notch. Included in the package were some special tours and activities that were enjoyable. I did notice that when the manager was not on duty that the desk staff was not fluent in English. That was a bit of a challenge when trying to get basic information. Also please note that this is a family friendly establishment. I am not a pool lounger but I must say that there were children in the pool the whole time we were there.

Just returned after our first trip to Thailand with my girlfriend and would highly recommend CC's Hideaway. Hotel exactly what we were looking for, small and very clean with excellent food that we had purchased through an exceptionally valued package - would definitely advise this option! We also has yoga included in our package that we both thoroughly enjoyed that boasted views over Kata beach. Yoga master Kendo was excellent and we also had massages from him that were very good - would recommend Aloe Vera massage. Read reviews that said resort far away from everything - would disagree as there is an excellent shuttle service every hour up to 11pm that takes 5-10 mins door to door to Kata or Karon and even Patong was only 20 minutes drive away and cheap to get to. All staff were excellent and very willing to go the extra mile to make our holiday one to remember. Only small negatives were that the air conditioning in the room wasn't great especially as it was so hot during our visit and we would recommend paying for everything as you go rather than using a tab that we did. We booked a trip to Phi Phi through the Hotel that cost 8000THB and when I offered to pay cash I was told I can pay when I check out. We also ran our daily drinks on the tab that we had tipped for as we went along. When I was presented with the bill at check out it included our excursion to Phi Phi and the total had included a 10% service charge then VAT added to that also. I didn't like that we had tipped as we had gone along then paid another service charge on top of that including 800THB for a trip to Phi Phi that I was happy to pay cash for up front. All together an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone!

Lovely hotel which offer cosy room & nice buffet. Helpful staff and offers hourly shuttle to kata and karon. Thanks for birthday surprise. Do join their yoga classes to rejuvenate. PS: Do not believe hotel description that big Buddha is within 15 mins walking. Also, airport transfer is slightly above average and you may get better bargain outside hotel arrangement.
Great hotel, friendly staff. I had a great time. I would stay here again. We loved this hotel and have talked about going back to Phuket and this will be our hotel. The room was great, the pool was warm, and the drinks were cold. The staff will do anything for you just ask and you will get it, honest they're great.
I stayed here for almost a month and loved it! It was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing which included a full breakfast buffet every morning that had a variety of delicious options. There were also many menu items for lunch and dinner that always satisfied my palate. The first week I arrived was the yoga retreat and I was continually impressed by the extra activities that were included. They ranged from yoga to kayaking to hiking and all of that was complemented by the temples and animals we saw along the way. Nuya (one of the yoga instructors and tour guides) was especially knowledgeable about the island and was so kind and helpful. The rest of the time I stayed at the hotel they let me use the beautiful rooftop yoga studio to do my own yoga practice and I could do the drop in yoga which was offered twice a day. The hotel is located up a hill from Kata beach, a hilltop sanctuary with a great view of the town and beach. Free shuttles go down to the beaches on the hour and is very reliable and convenient. All in all my experience here has been lovely and I always felt well taken care of by the staff. I wished I could have stayed even longer :)
Me and my partner recently stayed at this lovely hotel. It was so relaxing and tranquil. We had a great time and the manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. The Rooms are lovely and best thing about this hotel is the price. Great value for money! Their food menu was great and there are even yoga classes and great tours. We will definitely be visiting again.
Our room was nice and the hotel set-up was cool with all rooms centered around the pool. The electricity was turned off a day during our stay which was unfortunate as it meant no showers, AC, or Wi-Fi. They gave us fair warning that this would happen, but still a bummer and hard to deal with as we were packing. The hotel is on the top of the hill so the view was great and it was quiet. We had multiple tuk tuk drivers refuse to take us up the hill unless we paid and additional 200 THB which was very frustrating. Luckily CC's has a free shuttle that ran all day so this was only an issue late at night. Definitely recommend the yoga classes! The yoga instructor was wonderful!
My husband and I stayed here for five days and we really like this place since we arrived. They offer cold drinks while they do the check-in. The room was very clean with a nice view. The staff is very friendly and so helpful and always with a smile. We met Luis the yoga instructor. Such a nice guy! You can have an excellent yoga classes there every morning to start your day! Also the food was very good and well-prepared, and the cocktails too! We had a relaxing time by the pool. The hotel is up on the hill, but no far from the beach. You can rent a bike here and go to Kata in five minutes, also to Karon and Patong without spending too much money. They also have the shuttle. We are definitely going back again!

My Husband and I loved our stay at CC's. The location was great the food was awesome and the staff made you feel at home. Although it is not right on the beach there is a free shuttle that will take you every hour. We chose CC's because of the yoga. We usually like a harder practice but since it was low season and only a few other guest it was like a one on one class. We took classes with Nuya and Luis. One night it was just my husband and I so Nuya took us through an AcroYoga session! So many laughs!! We also did the Big Buddha Trek with Nuya and it was so beautiful. Along the way I was kissed by an elephant and at the top you can receive a monk blessing. She is very knowledgeable about the area and provides local fruit along the trek for you to try. After we went to an organic restaurant and had a delicious salad at the end. Luis and Nuya are two very special people and we hope to see them again someday! You will not be disappointed!
Traveling to Thailand with family and friends we ended up staying for three and a half weeks during Christmas and New Year at the CC's Hideaway. The general manager, Kenneth Miller, with his staff had a way of sensing our needs, always recommending and offering services spot on to our wishes. Mr. Miller and his staff made our stay at the CC's a well-remembered experience of relaxation and laidbackness.

Initially when going up into the mountain I was dreading this place but now I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly throughout the hotel. Always smiling and greeting you as you walk around the hotel. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. We used the laundry service at this hotel and it was the best value for money in all the hotels we have visited. The clothes were beautifully washed and pressed and arrived back to us just four hours later. The hotel has a fantastic shuttle service that you can request anytime drop off and pick up, up to 22:00. You can walk the hill but it's very tough and wouldn't recommend it unless you're super fit! Wouldn't hesitate to visit this hotel again. Especially to see the little dog Jesse again.
I stayed at this hotel last year with my partner. We passed through Patong first which is a much busier area and has a lot of less than impressive hotels. When we reached CC's Hideaway, our relief was tangible. It really is away from all the hustle and bustle and is such a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious and full of character. The pool is great and the view is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I became good friends with the hotel cat also, I hope she is well. Thank you so much to all the staff at CC's Hideaway.

We spent three nights in this hotel during the low season in July. Its location was ideal for us, since it is very close to all the amenities such as shops, restaurants, and long wide beaches, but far enough not getting disturbed by the mass of tourists and traffic. It is two kilometers by car. To offer the great views, the hotel has been built on a hill, so be aware if you decide to walk to the beach. But the hotel has a very organized shuttle schedule that stops in the main spots at the beach and village if you prefer not to walk or rent a bike or a car. We rented a car (the staff helped us to arrange) and we really enjoyed it. Ken, the manager, was very kind and flexible with us, as well as Luis, the yoga teacher and guest relations. They helped us on several occasions to make our stay more comfortable and our trip handier. The reception and restaurant staff was also amazing and they spoke very good English compared to average staff in the area. Their yoga space offers wonderful views of the bay from the top and it is a great way to start your day. They have daily scheduled classes and also offer some yoga programs for visitors. We were completely delighted by the food. They were experimenting in these days with some new vegan items to include in their menu. So we tried some of these new dishes and they were wonderful - made with love and very tasty, using fresh and natural ingredients. I really recommend this hideaway to those looking for some peaceful rest, excellent service, comfortable beds, and cozy ambiance, but close to the active life of a touristic spot.
CC's lived up to all the rave reviews I had read before. My husband and I and two adult daughters went on the holiday. From the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is great; the rooms are so comfortable and clean with wonderful maid service each day. The breakfast is delicious, and lots of it, including wonderful coffee and amazing fried rice. The pool is salt water so very pleasant to swim in. There is excellent constant Wi-Fi included, no extra charges which is nice. The location suited us as it was just on the edge of the Kata and ten minutes from the beach by the free shuttle that runs on the hour. Kata is smaller than nearby Karon Beach and we liked the more rural feel about it. The hotel is as other reviews mention up a steep hill but of course has lovely views as a result particularly from the yoga studio. We had yoga included in our package so took the class each morning before going to breakfast. The yoga teachers are so good (Nuya and Luis) and cater for all levels as myself and my husband were complete beginners. We also went on the hike up to Big Buddha that Nuya and Luis organized and that was really great as Nuya teaches you so much about Thai culture, flora, and fauna. The hike itself is not for the fainthearted but there were nice stops along the way where we sampled the exotic fruits that Nuya had brought for the group. The real strength of this hotel is the quality of its staff and therefore its service. I am loath to mention any of them by name in case I leave anyone out, but there is no doubt that Ken the manager's influence (he is so calm, courteous, and pleasant) is central to the culture of helpfulness and excellent service that pervades. We were lucky with the weather and only had rain on one day when we were there and whilst it was hot as it is monsoon season, it was not unpleasant. However, stock up on your mosquito repellent as they are everywhere and restaurants don't seem to use citronella candles or torches which you might see elsewhere. All in all, our stay not only met but exceeded our expectations and I would definitely go back again. A warm thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

My partner Juan and I were treated like royalty by the entire staff. The yoga rejuvenated us. The tours guided by Luis and Nouia were educational, fun, and sometimes challenging physically, exactly what we hoped for in this once-in-a-lifetime experience. We sure miss our CC's Hideaway family's smiles and exceptionally friendly service.

I have been a guest at CC's Hideaway for two weeks between April and May 2015. I have been very pleased with the services provided, starting with the round trip to the airport. The staff are all very polite, ready to help, and friendly, all of them including the managers, waiters, drivers, and cleaners. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air conditioning is quiet. The breakfast is very good. The pool is clean and lovely. I have enjoyed the yoga classes in small groups on the terrace with a fantastic teacher, Miss Nuya. The hotel is far from the noises of the city but within easy reach of all amenities. There is an excellent free shuttle service. I have also enjoyed some trips to panoramic points, beaches, and restaurants. Overall an excellent place to stay and I am planning to return.
The place is far from crowd, you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, play or relax by the pool, do some yoga, rent a bike, and explore the island. The food is better than outside restaurants, it's incredible! People are so friendly and rooms and comfortable each one with private balcony. I want to come back!

Lovely quiet hillside location with a great view down towards Kata Beach. The bar, reception, and dining areas are lovely and cool being roofed over but open to all sides, allowing any breeze to blow through. Great food and drink, friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle down to the beach. Really enjoyed a relaxing week, and the on-site yoga classes were fantastic.

A nice place to stay, if you want to stay away from all the hustle and bustle. Good size rooms and nice small pool area. They are offering good yoga in the morning and evening. Steep hill going up to the hotel, so if you don't feel for that, make sure to get a tuk tuk before you're going up since there's not too much traffic there and it's not possible to catch a ride.

Located away from the busy hustle and bustle of Karon Beach, CC's Hideway was exactly what we wanted in our Phuket vacation. The hotel is serene and the staff was fantastic. Our room was a gorgeous and clean retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel restaurant, the beautiful hotel pool, the spa, and several other hotel services. If your aim is to be centrally located this might not be the hotel for you, but the hotel does offer a shuttle service that will escort you to the Karon beaches and shopping areas

I'm a solo traveler who didn't expect about this hotel but I was surprise! All the staffs treat me like a special one and they are very friendly. Front office, restaurant, pick-up service, room service, housekeeper, and spa, I love you all! CC's Hideaway has free shuttle service from the hotel to 10 stops in the beach areas from the early morning to late night. The restaurant and bar has very nice view with fair price and good quality compared to other restaurants in the beach area and you shouldn't miss the themed party that they held every Friday.

I love this hotel. It's really beautiful with stunning views and the rooms have a really traditional feel to them and are immaculately clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool is quite large and there are plenty of sun loungers and more on the hotel roof too, which is great for catching that last hour of sun. Breakfast was not included in our price but was only about four and was great value for money. Lovely surroundings to eat in as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they have a shuttle bus every hour to take you down into town. They will also pick you up if you need that too. That is a great help as the hill up to the hotel is so steep you would do very well to do it more than once! In the five days we stayed there wasn't really anything going on in the hotel. Hardly anyone had an evening meal, no one ever had a drink at the bar so the atmosphere was a bit dead which was a shame. I'm sure at other times there must be things happening. They also have a gorgeous cat who loves to be stroked. Always a bonus!
