The private apartment boasts of natural light and an authentic neighbourhood. You will enjoy the use of the living room with fireplace and sofa, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is a double room with a little terrace and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Other things include television and Wi-Fi.
Program
There is no fixed daily schedule as it is adaptable to your needs. You can choose what time you want the class. It can be anytime from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and this also means you can decide what time the brunch is to be served. You will have 1 yoga class per day.

Inspired by the philosophies and life system ideals of Buddhism and yoga, Catarina finds herself in the journey of self-discovery and sees herself as an eternal student. Based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa, her classes are dynamic, with continuous movement and the routines are structured in a way that allows modifications to push yourself a little further in a safe place. She is qualified as a yoga teacher in December 2015, after completing a 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket yoga teacher training. Since then, she started teaching but she still keeps up with her teacher trainings.

You will stay at a thoughtfully designed and refurbished private apartment in central Odeceixe.

Enjoy a cleansing morning drink before yoga. After yoga, a healthy brunch made with organic and local ingredients will be waiting for you.
