Certification: RYT - 500 hours - Yoga Alliance – Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa (200 hour TTC - World Peace Yoga School, India & 300 hours TTC - Rishikesh Yogkulam, India). Sasha has been teaching Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga since 2016 in Russia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. She adjusts each private yoga class to the individual’s needs and interest. Her yoga teaching experience is derived from her time as a dive instructor, bringing the same enthusiasm in sharing her knowledge and practice with others.

"We shall be remembered!! Or the impossible trio! "
The overall experience was a 10/10, we came as 3 middle aged, hetero single men. Each of us, wildly different in our levels of experience and practice, each of us looking for something....unsure of what we would find. In the end the experience of our retreat was that of peaceful brotherly bonds, strengthened by our shared time and practice in such beautiful surroundings. Sasha was the perfect instructor, knowledgeable and well versed in the yoga arts, but also a wonderful person, agreeable and engaging. Very willing to go the extra mile for her patrons. From booking island excursions, and spa treatments, to sharing honest conversation over breakfast coffee about all ranges of health and wellness topics, her level of professional conduct is unmatched.....cheers Sasha! Cassia Cottage is an idyllic resort, with beautiful vistas, gardens on the grounds that provide fresh organic fare to the restaurant, and plenty of space and pools to cool off, or disappear into a book lounging on a day bed. The staff are attentive, but also know that being available does not mean hovering and intrusive...all of them are a credit to what a hotel resort experience should be. In summary the entire experience made the 3 of us genuinely appreciate our time and practice on our short retreat, it was one of the best trips of my life, and what I found was the art of practice is what matters most, in everything! "Wonderful combination of yoga and relaxation"
The yoga option was the reason for me to choose this hotel – or even come to Phu Quoc. The additional yoga package, that I had, included also 30 min meditation every morning, one 1-hour massage, return airport transportation, one 1-hour private class or sunrise yoga, 1 rehydration drink after every evening yoga and half board. There are yoga classes 6 days a week.
I enjoyed of every yoga class. But the best thing was the early morning meditation on the beach followed by flow yoga. I don’t know a better way to start a day! Sasha was such a nice, smiling and knowledgeable teacher and she was able to encourage people and get them involved. She is well trained and she makes people feel comfortable. There are good yoga facilities: there is pavilion for morning yoga (and if there’s occasional rain during afternoon yoga), there are yoga mats, there is insect repellent and fans to keep you cool. We also had aqua yoga in one of the three pools and it was super relaxing.

"Totally worth it!"
The resort is just amazing, beautiful garden, directly at the nice beach, and very cosy & clean rooms.
The kitchen is soooo good, i wished i could have tried every meal on the menu. The food was just so delicious!
The yoga retreat itself was great. Sasha is an amazing yoga teacher and even for me, as a beginner, she could really inspire me! I would definitely come again!!!

Beautiful place, such friendly staff who are so helpful and thoughtful. Perfect for a bit of luxury after some travelling around Vietnam.

Wir wollten ein bisschen Erholung von unserer Rundreise und haben uns für das Yoga Retreat entschieden. Es hat unsere Erwartungen total übertroffen. Die Hotelanlage, die Zimmer, das Essen und das Personal, einfach spitzenmässig. Die schönste Überraschung war unsere privaten Yogastunden bei Rebecca. Wir hatten mit Rebecca die perfekte Instruktorin und konnten nur profitieren. Es waren die besten Yogalektionen, die wir je hatten, sie ist einfach super und es hat total Spass gemacht die Zeit mit ihr zu verbringen.

I loved my time at Cassia Cottage. The yoga instructor -Sasha- was fantastic and always on top of my needs. The resort its also amazing with all facilities and amazing staff. The restaurant had delicious food and the spa centre had an excellent therapist. I rate my stay there 10 out of 10!! I'll probably come back for another retreat.
