"I can't believe somebody dared to give this place a bad review! The hotel was one of the best I have ever been in, luxurious with a really friendly price tag! We originally made a reservation for 2 nights but we stayed 4 eventually. We spent 3 nights in the Casa Blanca, it has a beautiful patio with hammock. It also has a kitchen and we had dinner outside in the patio. The 4 night we moved to 2 double bedrooms. I felt in love with the open air shower! The swimming pool in front of the ocean is amazing. I usually don't spend a lot of time in hotels and prefer to explore outside, but this was such a wonderful place that we ended up spent most of the day by the pool! I would recommend this place to anyone and I hope to be back one day ."

"Brilliant hotel, with amazing views, brilliant value, and great staffs, the owners really make you feel welcome and will do anything to make your stay better. The pool area is really nice also. It is a little out of town but it only took a ten minute walk and we were at the beach and restaurant, if you don't fancy the walk, a taxi back only cost three dollars so cannot complain."

"I was in Casitas just after New Year's Eve, and I was not disappointed! Very relaxing and with great privacy between houses. All the staff were very friendly. On the last day, we even had some friends coming over and it was no issue at all. The pool is very cool too. The only issue is that you should have a car to come to this hotel because everything is close but with a car. Make sure you go to the village nearby that is quite little but very nice (we had amazing dinners there)."

"Wow, this place is fantastic. I've stayed at some of the big name brand resorts in Hawaii that did not have nearly the ocean views directly from the room. We stayed in one of the casita apartments, but it looks like all the rooms have amazing views. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. Yes, you do have to be somewhat self sufficient with food as Montezuma town is a short walk down the hill and taxi ride back up. But I was fine with that, it's easy to prepare meals in the well equipped kitchenette. I would recommend Casitas to all my friends. It's a fantastic value."

"The place was beautiful, the staffs were friendly and always attentive, especially Jose who worked the majority of our stay. The hotel is ten minutes away from Montezuma Beach and 20 minutes from the nearby town. If I had to be a stickler, it would be that the rooms don't have TV or cable. It made the nights a bit long. However, I loved the place and would recommend it for family trip."

"This was what I imagined a Costa Rican cabina would be like. Amazing views, beautiful pool, and wonderful staffs. The cabinas are cute with nice little kitchens, common area, large balcony with hammock, and each provides good privacy. If you don't mind the critters that wonder at night and a 3000 colones cab ride down the hill, this place will be incredible. Ask for Max the taxi driver."
