"Great yoga retreat "
The location is super great ! If you re looking for meditation, relax and facing on yourself, This is where you should go. If you re looking for shopping, party ad some activity, this is not for you :)
The host was so lovely and she was not only a teacher but also friend and family. She has really strong energy and power which will bring you a power to see yourself.
She took me the egg and vegetable farm. We had a breakfast and lunch with neighbours and had a lovey ice cream and breakfast at the cafe :)
It was really lovely and I was really lucky to spend the time with her and her neighbours and all people who I have met.
We did yoga in the beach as well.
I could see and face on myself, all what are happning in my life.
I have confidence to accept all what will happen in the future as well.
You just book and go !

"A little paradise"
Die Lage des Yogahauses mit dem schönen und liebevoll ausgestatteten Yogaraum ist sensationell: im letzten Gebäude des langen Strandes, an vorderster Front. Libertad danke ich für die liebevolle, sehr persönliche, aufmerksame Begleitung und ihr Lachen! Ihre inbegriffene Reikibehandlung war sehr entspannend. Das Essen schmeckte wunderbar. "Restorative and enriching week."
The location is perfect, the house is very close to the beach. The beach area and promenade are lovely to walk along. The sunrises are spectacular! The house is a lovely place to take space, time and reflection. The bedroom/bed are comfortable and the bathroom/shower space are clean. The food is fresh/organic vegetarian/vegan fayre, very tasty (: The Hatha yoga sessions are restorative and energising at the same time. I had a Reiki session that was wonderfully relaxing and healing. My time at Mi Luna was very special.

"A lovely break - it's a family thing"
From the start, I felt very welcome at the retreat. Libertad and Santiago have created a comfortable, informal environment where I felt instantly settled.
We were well fed with a wide variety of fresh, great quality food. I didn't even know it was possible to eat flowers in salad before arriving at there. (It still feels wrong, no matter what they say) :) ... Indeed, the food taught me a lot about my own body as I felt my energy levels becoming more consistent as the week wore on. It's not orthodox as in some retreats though. When we were out at the group, we had opportunity to visit local cafes for a much enjoyed coffee.
The Hatha and Nidra styles they offer are a little slower than what i'm used to, so that was an eye opener. That said, Santiago did guide us through some fairly pacey Vinyasas at times, which I found highly energising. It actually worked well as before arriving, i'd had some niggly problems in my lower back from over exertion. Those all but disappeared by the end of the week. There were daily silent meditations, but I didn't attend those. At first, I found the daily nose cleaning hilarious and odd. After the first day, I was hooked and am already integrating the practice into my daily life.
Included in the price is a massage of your choice. I tried Reiki for the first time which was (on reflection) as very soulful experience. Others had Thai massage, which I heard were excellent too.

"Detox from the busy life"
The retreat was so much more than I expected. Lovely house at the seaside (you can hear the sea from your bed) with great hosts (thank you Libertad and Santiago!!), lot of yoga, meditation, inspiring conversations and good food.
I like the yoga classes, each one slightly different and adjusted to the group level.
After 10 days I got so much positive energy to bring back home for winter days.
I will definitely be back

"Mind-blowing retreat in a fantastic location!"
The food was incredible, the two teachers and small class allowed for personal instruction, and the location was in a natural heaven. Between spending free time on the beach, learning about meditation practices on the sun deck by the pool, and finding myself in their beautifully crafted yoga room I would go back one hundred times!

"Faboulous week in costacabana! "
Everything was just perfect. Libertad and Santiago are extremely nice and heartwarming, on top they are both great meditation and yoga instructors. The vegan cuisine was soo good, it is amazing how fresh and creative the cooking was. If you like to swim, the sea is just outside the house.. wonderful location at the end of the town - you feel alone.
In the house, you feel at home from day one, with the yoga being a part of your daily routine. I can only say I want to go back and I will be back. For the people, the yoga, the food, the location and for the love shared during my stay.

Casa MI Luna in Costacabana, Almeria, is little hidden gem. I was choosing very carefully place where I want to do my awareness retreat, filled with yoga , meditation ,relaxing atmosphere and healthy food. Preferably food which would be included in price.All this I received from these two beautiful soul ,Libertad and Santiago who running this deeply relaxing and spiritual place. Every day I woke up into yoga following very tasty breakfast full of all sorts of organic goods ,most of them home made and fruits. After breakfast we normally done OSHO meditation because I had special request to work on my heart and root chakra .Santiago was amazing in this ,all week I spend here he prepared specific meditation known as OSHO meditation to help me over come some personal problems .Aim of this meditation was to stay present and learn to love myself more then I am able to give the same way as I am receiving.Every day yoga and meditation was different ,so you wont get bored with one style or postures. After meditation you have pretty much free time until seven o clock.Literally front of the door is almost like private beach.If you looking for something totally peaceful this place has got it.During the free time you can swim in pool or do go visit interesting places nearby. I came here with very low energy after not easy time and was looking to rest my mind and find self love again.
Talking and listening these two big hearted souls help me a lot and i feel recharged.

"Casa Mi Luna... a magic place!"
I did my one-week yoga retreat at Casa Mi Luna end of April this year.
Casa Mi Luna is a great place to go on the journey to yourself.
I did not do yoga before and simply decided to start with this retreat.
Libertad is a warm-hearted and experienced yoga teacher. She created her place and rhythm which I easily integrated into.
The food is organic, fresh and healthy and adapting the dinner fasting was easy even for someone like me who can eat all the time :-)
Besides that I spent a lot of time just with myself. We also had good discussions and I spent time reading the books and online material available.
The community around Casa Mi Luna is great and you can easily connect with them...
This is a real retreat where you can retreat from everyday life.... that's if you want to and how much.
I did let go and gained a lot.... I have tried to life the yoga style and added a bit more...
You get high value in terms of yoga, Reiki and meditation... and food.
The location by the seaside is great and the constant sound of the waves has its effects.
I will definitely come back.

"Casa Retiro Mi Luna : une semaine exceptionnelle !"
The place, right in front the sea, is wonderful and the villa a very nice place to live, where I felt 'at home' right from the beginning.
And Libertad is a really nice, caring, generous and intelligent person ! Also very good cooker and yoga teacher. So many good souvenirs I keep deep in my heart and mind.

"breathing, relaxing and sharing"
This week was meant to be an escape from my busy life at home and turned out to be much more: i got new energy, i got back on the treck of yoga and meditation and i got a new idea of what good food means. plus i got to know libertad, who made all that possible in such a positive, energetic and lovely way that no one can resist. she doesn't get tired of sharing her wide knowledge. i loved and appreciate my time at mi luna a lot. i'm sure i will come back. thank you, dear!

"Tot rust komen"
De lessen die gegeven werden waren erg prettig. 2 lessen per dag waarin we echt tools leerden om thuis te gebruiken en toe te passen. Libertad is erg gepassioneerd over yoga en meditatie en wil daar ook graag over vertellen en dingen over delen.
Wij waren maar met 2 personen dus konden redelijk in overleg alles bepalen. Hoe laat we de ochtend les wilde, hoe laat we wilden ontbijten. Etc. Dat was erg fijn.
Zelf ben ik niet erg bekend met het mediteren maar dat heb ik daar positief mee kennis gemaakt.
Het eten was erg lekker en alles was vers.
Verder is het wel echt een yoga retreat met veel inzicht in jezelf en rust.

"An incredible experience"
This retreat has been an amazing experience for me. It allows to take time for you in a very peaceful and beautiful place by the sea and to think about your life, to look for your balance. Libertad and Santiago are very nice persons who share all their knowledge and their feelings in order to help you in your personal development. The meals are very tasteful and healthy (a lot of ideas to bring back home). The yoga classes and meditation are very well explained and can be adapted according to your needs so you can decide the intensity of your retreat.

I arrived depleted of energy and quite lost within, I left revitalise, centred and with renewed determination.
The yoga/meditation very good and made accessible to all.

Je me suis rendue à la Casa Luan sans attente particulière et j'ai été ravie par le lieu qui est magique et par les merveilleuses rencontres qui y sont nées.
1/ espace de vie : la chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, en face de la mer, ce qui permet de se réveiller dans la bonne humeur. Une promenade longe la la plage, j'ai pu pratiquer la méditation marché très simplement quelques matinées au levé du jour... :)
2/ cours : 2 cours de yoga (asana) par jour qui sont d'une qualité incroyable. Je ne pourrais pas définir le type de yoga pratiqué, mais Libertad et Santiago s'adaptent à tous les niveaux et surtout aux besoins de chacun. j'ajoute que nous sommes 2 à 4 élèves, : une grande attention est portée à la réalisation des positions en fonction des corps et capacité de chacun.
Par ailleurs, 1 à 2 séances de méditation par jour permettent de se recentrer. Elles ne sont obligatoires pour personnes, chacun est libre de participer aux activités communes.
3/ ambiance : Libertad et Santiago sont deux yogis très complémentaires. Si qql souhaite approfondir sa connaissance théorique du yoga et de son histoire, Libertad est une parfaite enseignante ! De même Santiago donne de précieux conseils sur la respiration et les asanas.
Le + : Il s'agit d'une retraite très humaine, pas de cours à 15 personnes, un vrai recueil spirituel est donc possible pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Pour les autres, un bel espace de repos est présenté (lecture, plage etc). Enfin, les repas étaient DELICIEUX !

"Perfecta Estancia con Libertad y Santiago"
El lugar es perfecto para relajarte, tomar tiempo para ti, cuidarte un poco practicando Yoga y Meditacion.
Los cursos son adecuados para todos los niveles. Durante mi estancia Santiago fue el encargados de los cursos, el te guia y te ayuda a encontrar un paz interior y aprender un poco del mundo de la meditacion y del equilibrio interior.
La casa esta justo enfrente de la playa. El lugar esta alejado de la ciudad y es un lugar muy tranquilo.
La comida es deliciosa, Santiago prepara siempre recetas muy saludables y muy originales.
Este retiro es espectacular, solamente lo puedo recomendar sin ninguna duda.
