Enjoy a holiday where you'll learn to take care of your body, and your mind, and live with consciousness in everything you do. You will have meditation moments to calm and clear your mind from your stress and yoga practice to relieve your tensions and revitalize your body. Eat healthy organic and fresh food to nourish your muscles and detoxify your body and have walks in nature to build up your energy and increase your oxygen intake while discovering the region!
Multiple types of accommodations can be found, including shared or private rooms. Fans and heaters are provided although not often used as the house are pretty well isolated from cold and heat. All rooms have windows opening to views of the garden, the valley, or the swimming pool area.
There will be calm moments to restore and regenerate while you can enjoy the swimming pool, a yoga of sounds to increase your oxytocin level and share happy moments with the group, and a moment of pure relaxation during your massage session; all of this in a beautiful villa setting with a stunning view of the mountains! The final program can be readjusted according to the weather and preferences of people but a typical day would be as follows:

In 2013, David quit his job and decided to walk from Europe to India, following the path of the heart and dedicating his time to spiritual teaching. As a foundation, he follows the principles of Raja Yoga and believes each person has the capacity to go beyond habitual patterns and ways of thinking to express the unique beauty that is inside. After studying with many teachers from different traditions, his own daily practice is a combination of breath-led intuitive movement, balanced with stillness. He takes great joy in supporting others toward authentic self-expression.
The retreat will be in an Ibiza-style house designed by an architect with fabulous spaces, very bright, and beautiful views of the valley. It's a great place to spend time relaxing, practicing yoga, and sunbathing. The house has 9 large bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, many spaces to practice yoga, gardens, multiples terraces, and a barbecue area. You can start walks in the forest just down the road and at the same time everything you need is within walking distance in the village (shops, restaurants, golf clubs, etc.).
A large buffet breakfast and dinner will be provided every day with a variety of options to meet everyone's taste. Everything is homemade, using organic ingredients and local farms products.
The retreat includes a 30-minute massage for all guests booking a one-week yoga retreat, any extra requires extra payments. Multiple massages and spa options are available with Casa Mayabel's partner (facial and body treatment, reflexology, hands treatments, etc.), on request at extra costs.

Group pick-up can be proposed from Barcelona Airport at extra charges. Pick-up time must be between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Friday (El Prat Airport). People arriving at different times or at different airports need to book their own transfer.
If you come by train, the closest station is Sant Pol de Mar (3.5Km from Sant Cebria de Vallalta).
You will have plenty of free parking spaces in the street next to the house.
