Liz has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for about 3 years. She went to Bali to do my YTT and just found the experience amazing. She wants to share this beautiful space she and her mum have here in Spain and teach more than just yoga, she wants you to find peace, and an openness to seeing life, enjoy the beautiful food, and relaxation, and take this away with you.
