All of the food and drink is made on site, with love and care. Casa Cuadrau usually serves three healthy, balanced, nourishing meals per day. The food has proved to be satisfying both for discerning vegetarian diners and for those people who may be new to vegetarian food.
Breakfast may vary according to the season and the characteristics of the retreat, but typically includes fruit, herbal teas and coffee, porridge, homemade granola, wholegrain bread, tomato, avocado or a vegetarian spread.
Lunch is a celebration of the simple luxury of fresh ingredients and the abundance of nature. They typically serve cooked grains and pulses, fresh vegetables, raw salads and dishes, and special desserts.
