Grand Master Ashramacharini and facilitator of feminine empowerment, she began to practice yoga as a child with her grandmother in Argentina, sharing her lifestyle and different styles of yoga around the world, when 15 years ago she began to travel through South America and Asia, integrating new techniques and experiences of emotional liberation through movement and mindfulness. With 2 masters in Integral yoga and Kundalini yoga, she dedicates her life to respectful parenting and gestation, continuing her studies as a midwife after giving birth to her second daughter naturally and in nature.
Alexis is a musician, performer, and composer and for 17 years he has dedicated himself to the art of music. He is a multi-instrumentalist (drums, guitar, bass, flute, percussion). He has collaborated with great international musicians throughout his career such as Luis Gasca, Rick Leister, and Marcelo Torres among others. Over time he devoted himself to self-creating music for health and healing. Today he is a creative part of Casa Chakras, collaborating in the classes as a sound healer and also in the ceremonies and kirtan chanting of mantras.
Msdt PADI instructor, snorkeler, freediver, and water lover. Ignacio still remembers the first time he immersed himself in the waters of the Mexican Caribbean, deciding at that moment that he wanted to visit this paradise daily. He has worked as a dive guide being a divemaster to later become a recreational diving instructor for other people to live this experience.
In 2008 Mariana found her path into yoga as a student in the Hatha style. In 2014, she incorporated techniques of meditation through Shamata Lama Karma with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and began to build the foundations of a discipline through Vinyasa Yoga in Sukhavati in Mexico City in 2015. Curious about experimenting with different styles, she went on to design the Bikram method in 2016. Later on, she started working with the orthodox yoga teachers and began working on the Ashtanga Vinyasa in May 2017 with Eduardo Mateo.
Yoga Master Agni Má. Since she was little she has been in motion connecting with her abilities through her body. In sports and dance she was able to find unique ways to express herself as a human being thanks to the practice of Yoga. In 2012 she began a self-taught yoga practice through books and videos. In 2018, she completed the yoga certification on the Island of Cozumel, achieving the degree of master in Kundalini tantra yoga. At the beginning of 2023, she took a certification in Yin yoga.
"Benjamin Buchholz started teaching scuba diving on the Bay Islands of Honduras in 2016, after leaving his career in development aid and international politics. He moved to Cozumel in 2017, where he is now permanently based. He is also a local cave diver, technical diver, and underwater conservationist. For diving, our philosophy is to explore, admire, and understand the underwater world in its complexity and beauty
El Cedral is the first native town on the island. It is 20 minutes from downtown, and the only street in town is one block from Casa Chakras Yoga Center. The story goes that pregnant Mayan women arrived here in canoes to give birth in the cenotes and perform their rituals for the goddess Ixchel (mother of fertility and love).
You will find all the vegetation you can imagine, the birds are the natural sound of the town, the very old trees keep in their roots all the history of this beautiful town, and the trails are friendly to explore the cenotes and the Mayan ruins, the animal life, and vegetables.

The retreat price includes two gourmet meals prepared and served fresh by the chef every day. Meals are served in the open dining room that overlooks the garden and Casa Chakras plants.
