Carolyn Anne Budgell
Carolyn fell into yoga in 1999. It initially provided agility for her snowboarding, skateboarding, and trail running. Now, as a teacher in Vancouver, she continually learns how to connect with others and feel at home in one’s skin. Since completing her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2008, she has gone into writing, filming videos, presenting, teaching, management, and guidance. She completed a prenatal yoga teacher training with Lori Lucas in 2016 and the Kula yoga project 75-hour advanced training with Schuyler Grant in 2013.
Clara took her first Vinyasa class in 2000 at Jivamukti Yoga Center. She received her 200-hour Vinyasa certification with Lauren Hanna at Sonic Yoga New York City in 2003. She completed her 300-hour Prana flow certification with Shiva and has been leading retreats for over eight years. She was part of Sonic Yoga New York City 200-hour teacher training in 2005 and 2006. Clara has been part of Semperviva’s 300-hour teacher training faculty in British Columbia since 2007. She teaches workshops on the subtle body, chakras, mantra, meditation, and asana worldwide.
