The retreat is a wonderful way to reboot one's system - physically, mentally and emotionally - in a very relaxed and nurturing environment.
The very knowledgeable Annie, whom has years of experience, has meticulously designed every aspect of the retreat to ensure optimal results.
Each day consists of a walk; a yoga class and a pilates class; and ends with a meditation session. With loads of downtime to read, swim in the pool, or nearby dam, or sleep. Our group of 15, consisted of some professional pilates instructors and some complete novices, and every level was accommodated.
The juices are fantastic - they're both plentiful and delicious, however, the highlight was the infused almond milk, which was both soothing and nourishing, and such a spoil.
The retreat is everything it claims it will be, and then some more. I understand why 30% of our group had travelled from all over the world (as far as Texas, London, Kenya and Italy) to attend.
