How the retreat works
There will be 7 live sessions (via Google Meet) for 7 days when you join this workshop.
Timing of sessions
This live consultation depends on the time zones of the clients. Canada Yoga Studio has flexible time durations for each-day workshops, which you can discuss with the assigned yogis on the first day or just before enrolment. Therefore, the first date and time will be scheduled after the booking has been made.
Retreat information
Prenatal yoga aims to provide knowledge and confidence through asana, dietary plans, meditation, and pranayama techniques to make informed decisions and care and ultimately have a healthy mother and a baby. You can go to your office work from home or enjoy the vacation and still enjoy the benefits of this amazing retreat. All classes and talks are live from expert yogis trained from the land of the yoga capital - Rishikesh, India.
Curriculum
- Day 1: Introduction to prenatal and nutrition to each trimester
- Day 2: Prenatal sun salutation, yoga sequencing, and variations
- Day 3: Prenatal pranayama and meditation flow workshop
- Day 4: Yoga asana practices according to each trimester
- Day 5: Sun salutation, asana practice, and meditation
- Day 6: Guided meditation and pranayama practices
- Day 7: Prenatal asanas for pelvic floor strengthening and yoga Nidra
Instructor- Yogini Pallavi has expertise in teaching prenatal classes providing essential information on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. The instructor creates a supportive environment, addressing concerns, training on asana, and relaxing techniques to give birth to an excellent child from a healthy and happy mother.
