Katie has taught yoga for seven years, practicing for over 20 years incorporating different kinds of styles from learning in India. She specializes in working with the breath, movement, light and sound healing, and Reiki.

Following nine years of working in the media industry in London, Fi was staying at a surf and yoga camp in Morocco. It was there that she had the ‘Eureka!’ moment, a feeling almost tangible, leading her towards the life change she was so desperate for- to teach yoga. She trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow in 2015 with the incredible Yoga London and without doubt, it was the best decision she has ever made.
