During this retreat, participants will be staying at the Porto Azzurro Hotel overlooking the Saint Paul's Bay in Xemxija, Malta. The accommodation will feature a private single room for each participant. The room will have either a private or shared bathroom. The hotel also includes an outdoor pool.

Program

This trip is a very active one! Buddhi yoga is a power yoga, and in addition to daily sessions, you will be doing some other sort of physical activity daily (i.e. hiking, swimming). This trip is for those who have a moderate to advanced level of physical fitness as well as a desire to have long, active days. You will also be spending many hours each day in the sun. Though some beaches have opportunities for shade, some do not.

Buddhi yoga

Founded on the Big Island of Hawaii, Buddhi yoga is a high energy, invigorating yoga practice that blends vinyasa and kundalini yoga, cardio, powerful plyometrics, ab sequences, awesome music, tribal dance, and a whole lotta buddhi-shaking! This practice will kick your ass-ana and push you to challenge what your body is capable of, but it will also make you laugh, love, and connect to your strength, sexuality, and sacral chakra. This practice is meant to challenge and empower, to push through boundaries and reemerge more confident, vibrant, and aligned.

Finally, you will be exploring the island of Malta (Felicia's part-time home, so she is an expert) and learning about the history, culture, food, and people of the islands.
