He did his Masters of Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Disorders in Orthopedic Branch and diploma in Sports Medicine from West Bengal. He is also a certified Pilate’s trainer from Indian Academy of Fitness Training Mangalore. His simple and contemporary style of delivering deep and practical knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology endear him to his students. He has taught few hundred students from more than 35 countries and he mainly focus on the therapeutic aspects of yoga.
Yogini Meera is an experienced and motivated person, who feels deep satisfaction in sharing her experience through different techniques and methodologies. She possesses good instructional and practical skills in Hatha yoga. She is willing to learn and more importantly, loves to teach yoga for Wellness, Working with Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras and Bandhas. She has a deep understanding of the Principles of Yoga and practices yoga with the perspective of both Hatha yogic texts & Patanjali Yoga Sutra. She has been teaching 200 Hours TTC for the last 3 years.

Yogi Ankit ji is very young and dynamic teacher. He mainly teaches Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa flow & Acro yoga; he also has great knowledge of alignment & adjustment. He is well aware of anatomy, Hatha yoga, Shatkarma, Pranayama, Iyenger, and Yin yoga. He has practiced almost every yoga form because he thinks a person should never stop learning. He started yoga when he was 15 years old. He teaches Shatkarma and Vinyasa flow, as well as the difference between outer and inner world. He has been teaching professionally for five years.
Yogi Vikas Ji is a very dedicated soul, born in the Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas. He has been practicing yoga since childhood. By grace of the Divine, he was born in family who were already engaged in spiritual practice and this is how yoga came naturally to him. He has six years of experience teaching in Ashtanga yoga professionally.
Swami Ji entered in the path of spirituality in 1994. He has a deep knowledge about the spiritual books as well as years of experience and knowledge in Pranayamas, meditation, and the Chakras. Yogini Chitrangana Ji started practicing yoga since childhood under the able guidance of esteemed Guru, Yogi Raj Shri Rajpal Ji. She knows all skill levels of yoga, from beginning to advanced. She has a good knowledge about postures to ensure maximum benefit and safety. She has experience of 15 years in teaching in Pranayamas and Meditation.
