This retreat is for friends, couples, and family-friendly. It is for those who wish to attend a private retreat with one-on-one focus, have the ability to take time to rest, heal and re-energise, whilst taking home a tool-kit to continue to journey to live your greatest version. You are invited into Breathe360’s lifestyle in a home from home environment where you are privileged to receive Tamara’s one to one guidance and facilitation towards your own health, and total wellness journey.

After the retreat ends, Tamara is able to continue to support you in your health journey remotely with functional NES health scans and sessions via Zoom.

NES Health Scan

NES Health system is a powerful method that helps to reduce illness and increase wellness by clearing any blockages, restrictions, or patterns held in the body’s system and correct distorted information. It is a revolutionary therapy uses the transformation of free energy in living systems to help optimise your functional health and well-being by assessing the unseen bio-energy field. Your retreat will take place in luxury accommodation in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, UK. The accommodation is set in a lively historic, modern market town, with ancient streets, riverside walks, gourmet delights, parks, and shops. A lovely location.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Heathrow Airport (LHR) which is 60 miles away. The taxi fare is 65 GBP to the accommodation. Luton Airport (LTN) is 90 miles away, the taxi fare is 100 GBP.

Arrival by train

Take the train from airports to Paddington, then travel to Oxford or Didcot. There are coaches from all airports to Oxford, the fare is approximately 10-20 GBP. Then take a taxi or bus to Abingdon. Taxi costs 20 GBP, bus stops are 10 minutes walk to the accommodation.

Arrival by car

If you are driving to the retreat location, please park on the residential roadside anywhere outside of the property, there is ample parking.

If you arrive by taxi or public transport, please advise 30 minutes prior to arrival so that the host can greet you.
