    During this retreat, you will stay either in a shared or a private room. Breathe in Life Health have taken a lot of pride in selecting accommodations which are well run, comfortable, clean, quiet, and with good food and friendly, helpful staff.

    You will stay in above back-packer standard inns and bed and breakfasts rather than hostels and guesthouses. Most of the stays will include air conditioning. During your travel adventures, your room will be a place where you can get good rest and be ready to make the most of your days.

    Day 1 and 2 - Canggu

    Upon arrival in Denpasar, you will take a short taxi ride to Canggu, Bali where you will spend your first two nights. Among great restaurants, cute cafés, beaches, yoga classes, fresh juices, and good food everywhere you will go along with incredibly kind people! This town just northwest of the more touristic spots like Kuta and Seminyak has lately risen to maybe the “hippest” place in Asia and the time to go visit is definitely now.

    Day 3 to 7 - Balian beach

    Located only 2.5 hours from Kuta, Balian Beach is the first stop on this journey. You will really start to sink into the island living, exploring the town, and getting started with your first yoga sessions of the trip. Outside of yoga, you may check out the little village for some surfing, a local massage, or find a good book and a hammock by the sea.

    Day 8 to 11 - Ubud

    A short drive away from Balian Beach, Ubud will be the next stop. Regarded as the cultural center of Bali, Ubud is known as a hub of art and healthy living. The community of creative and conscious people in Ubud is vast and very progressive.

    This is one of the leading spots in Asia for those seeking the newest and freshest ideas in supporting and understanding the body and mind. You will spend your days checking out the local scene, exploring the different classes and workshops, and of course enjoying the amazing variety of creative international food.

    Day 12 - Senaru

    From Ubud, you will travel a few hours by boat and bus to arrive in the village of Senaru. This will be your base before setting off on your hike to the crater atop Mount Rinjani, an active volcano surrounded by breathtaking views of lush forest and nearby mountains.

    Day 13 - Rinjani hike or panorama walk

    You will set out early in the morning to begin the overnight hike up to the crater rim of Mt. Rinjani. Rising to a height of 3,726 meters, Rinjani is the second highest volcano in the country. You will be hiking up to 2,641 meters where you will make camp for the night on the edge of the crater. You will be blessed with unbelievable views of the Crater Lake as well as the volcano itself.

    For those who may have injuries or prefer something a little more relaxed, there will be options of doing the panorama walk. This beautiful half day walk leads you through the foothills of Mount Rinjani until you reach Sindang Gila waterfall reserve where you can go for a refreshing swim before heading back to the hotel.

    Day 14 - Senaru

    Once you wrap up the hike, you will spend one night in Senaru to relax and recover with some gentle restorative yin yoga before heading off to your next destination.

    Day 15 to 18 - Gili Air

    You will take a van followed by a ferry to make your way to the next destination. Located just off the coast of Lombok, Gili Air is one of three islands that make up the collection of Gili islands where you will be spending some time. Gili Air provides travelers with a smaller community feel that has a nice slow pace,with plenty of options for activities on the island like, snorkeling, scuba diving, yoga, or simply lounging on the beach.

    Day 18 to 20 - Canggu

    After a fast boat transfer back to Bali, you will transfer by van back to Canggu where it all started. Soaking up your last few nights on the beach or with a yoga practice before heading to the airport the next day.

    The order of stops and duration at each location are subject to change.

    One hike of the Mount Rinjani and a snorkeling boat trip are included in this retreat.

      His journey started at Shambhala Music Festival in 2011. It was an experience that totally blew him away on how much love, expression, and acceptance could exist in the world. He went from being a lifelong firefighter to a world exploring yoga teacher. He became a massage and Reiki healer, nutritional therapist, and a permaculture and health enthusiast with huge passion for dancing and also now, a guide with Breathe in Life.

    • Afsheen Peyrow

      Through the guidance of his brother, Rameen Peyrow, Afsheen underwent an intimate 16 year learning process of esoteric practices. Living out the principles of the yamas and nyamas, he grounded into a tangible understanding of life. Afsheen's deliverance of teaching is out of responsibility to ground the depth of this wisdom into Hatha yoga methods.

    This retreat will be held at five different places in Indonesia; Canggu, Balian Beach, Ubud, Senaru, and Gili Air. Consisting of more than 300 different ethnic groups, Indonesia’s national motto is “unity in diversity” This natural diversity within the country creates a warm welcoming feeling for newcomers. English is spoken quite regularly so you won’t find it hard to share a friendly conversation with some of the locals about your life or theirs.

    Canggu

    Balian beach

    Located two hours north of Kuta, Balian beach feels a world away as it is very quiet, serene, and secluded. This makes it an excellent spot to begin your adventure and give everyone a chance to get to know each other.

    Ubud

    Located in central Bali, Ubud is known as one of Asia's most major hubs for the arts, spirituality, and yoga. The town and surrounding areas are full of art galleries, amazing yoga studios, and unique local workshops providing travelers with a culturally rich experience. Ubud was originally established as a source of medicinal herbs and plants.

    Senaru

    Senaru is considered the gateway to Mt. Rinjani. Aside from Mount Rinjani itself, the key attractions around here are the two well-known waterfalls. Air Terjun Sindang Gila waterfall, the best known and most spectacular in the area, boasts cascading waters that break some 50 meters above the main arrival point.

    The walking path to get there is pleasant and leads through some splendid tropical forests. And though Air Terjun Tiu Kelep waterfall is less spectacular then Gila waterfall it's still very much worth experiencing with a serene bathing pool below offering cool invigorating water.

    Gili Air

    The Gilis Islands are made up of three islands off the coast of Lombok, all which offer their own unique personality; Gili Air, Gili Meno, and Gili Trawangan. What gives this island a unique feel and helps maintain the small town vibe is the lack of cars and motorcycles. The islands only mode of transport is to walk or ride bicycles.

    Day trips to the other islands, stand up paddle boarding, scuba diving, and basking in the sun are among some of the other activities available to fill the rest of your day. The crystal clear blue water and white sand is the perfect setting for your last days in paradise.

    During this holiday, you will be served one daily delicious breakfast and you will also enjoy one welcome dinner in Bali. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy other meal services around different places in Indonesia for an additional cost. With such diversity within it’s culture, Indonesian cuisine reflects the same way.

    Considered to be some of the most vibrant and colorful cuisines in the world, you can find influence from the Chinese and the Middle East making up a menu of delicious curries, grilled meat and seafood, and tempe; a local interpretation of soy based fermentation. Indonesian cuisine will blow you away with unique flavors, presentation, and an array of fresh delicious tropical fruit and juices.
