Alexx Sloan and Breathe In Life are proud to collaborate and welcome you the adventure of a lifetime. This transformational journey through the rugged and breath-taking landscapes on Southern Iceland, is not for the faint-heart. Not only shall you be exploring thundering waterfalls, glacial rivers, desolate sand deserts, and simmering hot springs; this adventure also incorporates a journey into the self. Through some of Alexx Sloan's personally refined personal growth tactics, you will explore techniques that create integral goal-setting, help you become better leaders in your communities, and conquer some basic common fears that hold you back from finding and living out your purpose.

At Breathe in Life Health & Wellness Travel, the aim is to provide comfort on your journey, while maintaining a real connection with the places visited and the importance of a good, quiet nights rest when you are in a new place making the most of your days. All accommodations have comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms and all the amenities, and are locally owned to support the communities visited. The daily yoga practices themselves derive from a Hatha lineage mixed with elements of restorative, yin, and tantric. By exploring a series of magical mantras and reality-bending discussions, shaking the foundation of many common beliefs and perceptions is certain. You will be transformed and ready to take life by the horns!

Take a mini bus to Hveragerdi, the ‘hot spring capital’ of Iceland.
Hike through the geothermal park to visit hot springs and hot rivers and to soak in the beauty of the landscapes.
Hop on a bus and head to the black sand beaches of Vik. We will take our time as we drive and stop to view ome amazing sites.
Short hike to see Dyrholaey, Iceland’s most southerly tip. Rest of the day is free for you to explore the stunning black beaches of Vik or laze around reading a book.
We will then travel the famous ‘Golden Circle’. We will stop at Gulfoss waterfall, Strokkur geyser, + Thingvellir National Park.
Alexx Sloan was born in Ottawa, Canada, and was raised in the forests, lakes, and mountains of Quebec and British Columbia, so he is no stranger to the call of the wild. He turned his focus from events and adventure tourism, into the sectors of wellness and mindfulness, agriculture, and land development. Alexx plans to have a greater impact on some of the world's population needs such as local farming, food distribution, reforestation, personal growth, mental health, and nutrition. He now resides most his days in Southern Nicaragua and Northern California.
After first discovering her love for traveling when visiting Thailand 10 years ago, sh set out on a life path of exploration to further her development as an individual while incorporating a passion for yoga and a fire for improving herself and the world she lives in. This love for travel organically turned into a job opportunity as an international tour guide and manager, which was well suited after completing school for tourism and business management.
The retreat will be held in different beautiful places in southern Iceland
Icelandic cuisine consists mainly of fish, lamb, and dairy. Fish was once the main part of an Icelander's diet but has recently given way to meats such as beef, pork, and poultry. Iceland has many traditional foods called Þorramatur. These foods include smoked and salted lamb, singed sheep heads, dried fish, smoked and pickled salmon, and cured shark. There are also many international cuisine options on menus at different restaurants.
