The retreat center (main building)

The newly-built retreat center is a two-level facility. The ground floor houses the living room where there are yoga books available for study. The main yoga hall is on this floor, as well as the fireplace with a view of the garden and pool. During your free time, it is possible to take a walk between the fruit trees, olive trees, and flowers of the 3000 square meters garden, go for a refreshing dip in the pool, or relax in the outer terrace.

The house’s bedrooms are situated on the second floor (access via inner staircase from living room) and are decorated in a cozy minimal yogic style, each with their own closets and verandas overlooking the countryside. Rooms have shared single beds or bunk-beds, shared bathroom, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi is also available for use. All rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi.

Caravans (within retreat center premises)

The caravan accommodation is a more yogic way of living, in a spacious and fully-equipped recreational vehicle with single separated beds, toilet, shower and small kitchenette. The caravans are securely placed in the outdoor front garden area of the retreat center.

Philosophy

There are many books that analyze yoga positions and how to get into them properly, but the practice of yoga should preferably start with a qualified yoga teacher, as it is not recommended to teach yourself.

In the West, the focus is mostly on the postures of the body (asana) and practitioners hope to tone their body to the required shape. In this yoga teacher training course, you will follow the traditional Hatha Yoga and keep focus on the following point: ‘"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self’" as it is written in the Bhagavad Gita.

The experienced and certified instructors during the yoga teacher training course provide support and provide whole-heartedly all the information, knowledge, and guidance to the participants so that they may explore their physical, mental, and emotional limits in a safe manner. The yoga teacher training course is an intense experience and through practice and theory, participants attain all the tools with confidence so that they may share this knowledge with others.
