So I just finished up my $20/week unlimited yoga, and man oh man was it awesome. I went about four times and had three different teachers; Kat, Katie O. and Kate. They were all so nice, helpful, experienced and knowledgeable.

I've been a runner for a couple of years now, but recently I decided to switch it up and try some vinyasa yoga. I really didn't have any idea what I was in for, but I booked a Saturday morning class with Desiree as my first class ever. I freely admit I had no idea what I was in for, but I thought I should just jump in and see if I could hack it. All of the instructors describe the poses as you're flowing so you know which hand/foot is supposed to go where. Their verbal instructions are filled with positivity and encouragement (which we all need to hear more often!). I'm very impressed that all of the yogis can teach power vinyasa but have the flow in each class be so different.

Okay - so have been doing yoga since 2002 - although not a Yogi by any means - tried several different studios - from Bikram to Yoga Yoga - but this is why this studio is the one for me: I sweat like Bikram but I have fun like Yoga Yoga - I get the best of both worlds - plus all the teachers are good! Not just good - great! It doesn't matter who is teaching - you will have a great workout and a positive vibe - It's comfortable without being pretentious - but not too comfortable to where you don't get an awesome workout !!
