Moral rules

  • Braham Yoga Rishikesh guides based on the ancient strategy of yoga to teach every student.
  • The day commences with the daily routine and ancient program code. Routines are planned according to a seasonal code of conduct. The thought of behavior chemistry (Achar- rasayan) is the strategy that learners are expected to assimilate.
  • Patanjali gives a number of rules of how a person is expected to behave in society (Yama), and how individual code and conduct (Niyama) are important for people to follow. Braham Yoga expects you to have this behavior terminology to be fully understood and practiced genuinely by all students.
  • Braham Yoga follows the ancient method of teaching yoga, so please keep in mind that this teaching may differ as they teach in the west.
