Yoga will alternate between different types depending on the needs of the group and the day. The teachers are ready with Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Aerial, and Power yoga. This will provide you with the opportunity to explore or deepen your practice from these yoga modalities as they offer you a great balance for your mind and your body.
Enjoy some quiet time, write in your new journal which will be provided upon arrival, relax at the eco pool, or snuggle with some baby goats. This is your time.

Shawn spent decades as a Yoga student in Los Angeles where Yoga is seen as a competitive sport. It was not until after a serious spinal injury that she came back around to Yoga as both physical and spiritual therapy. She became a yoga teacher at age 50 and mixes Power Yoga with Vinyasa flow. Shawn believes there is power in engaging your core and loves to watch her students as they gain inner strength. She is a meditation guide and dynamic OSHO facilitator. Shawn is also a chef and owner of two restaurants. She has spent over a decade in animal welfare and saves many furry friends.
A dedicated yogi for over two decades, Karen decided to pursue yoga teacher certification to bring the benefits of this healing practice to a wider variety of people who do not normally see themselves represented in wellness spaces in modern media. She teaches numerous styles of yoga to practitioners of all ages and levels, from all around the world. Her goal is to make yoga possible, positive, and playful for everybody.

You will be served daily meals and snacks included in the price.
