With Karen as your guide, you will explore all aspects of the eight-limbed path and explore many different ways that you can carry this healing practice from the retreat space into your everyday life. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years, this is a space where you can learn, go deeper, and grow in your journey. This retreat will offer you opportunities to practice one-on-one with your facilitator, as well as in group settings. You can practice outside in nature, as well as indoors, on the property and beyond. It could not be easier to begin your transformation.

Yoga

Yoga will alternate between different types depending on the needs of the group and the day. The teachers are ready with Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Aerial, and Power yoga. This will provide you with the opportunity to explore or deepen your practice from these yoga modalities as they offer you a great balance for your mind and your body.

Break

Enjoy some quiet time, write in your new journal which will be provided upon arrival, relax at the eco pool, or snuggle with some baby goats. This is your time.

Discussion group

A wonderful opportunity to bond with other students, share your discoveries, and ask your teachers questions as you explore your experience and dive deeper into clarity of mindfulness and intention.

Mindfulness meditation and ceremonial circles

Mindfulness meditation helps you to be in the present and promotes metacognitive awareness fostering relaxation and healthy sleep. The ceremonial circles will harness the group's energy as you bring forward an intention. Together, you can manifest the change you seek.
