"This has been a truly fantastic weekend! Everything was well-organized - cooking class, yoga, farm walk, Indian dance lesson wearing sari. Gautami knows so much about Indian cuisine and her way of teaching it is perfect. The food was very enjoyable (sometimes a little bit spicy for me). Thank you again, Gautami, you are a great host!"

"This weekend was one of the best cooking courses / experience I've had thus far. Gautami is such a joy to learn from and her knowledge of Indian cuisine is as extensive as it is authentic. The dining, cooking courses, yoga lessons, and overall atmosphere of the venue were beyond relaxing as well as culturally vibrant. Gautami provides a balanced mix of fun, education, culture, and food throughout the entire 3-day schedule. Her flexible personality and knowledge with Indian cuisine made this weekend not only a breeze, but extremely easy going (even for someone like myself who has a specialty in burning anything that involves a stove top). If you would like to join a laid back group while learning about the diversity of Indian cuisine from the experience of a chef born-and-raised in India, I highly recommend participating in the Third Best Exotic Marigold Weekend!"

I can highly recommend the Third Best Exotic Marigold Weekend!"

"The Third Best Exotic Marigold Weekend, 8-10 July... What a great weekend this was! Besides the absolutely beautiful setting and accommodation, we spent the weekend with an amazing group of people... Gagan and Gautami were the best hosts. Gautami spoilt us rotten with the most amazing foods, smells, secrets and delights from Mumbai! We were all so spoilt! Gagan was a true gentleman, greeting us each morning with the best Chai Tea around and making sure we were all warm and comfortable the entire time. This experience comes highly recommended! It was so inspiring and soul enriching! Thank you Gagan and Gautami for bringing even more joy into our world!"
