Anna Fogg is an experienced instructor with a 500-hour certificate and taught for over 2,000 hours of instruction. The practice of Hatha yoga and meditation enabled her to heal her spine, stay flexible, and elevate the quality of life. Anna is also an artist and art teacher, and she sees creating yoga sequences like living and moving art. Essential oils factor in big in her life and guests of her retreats and classes always marvel that the oils juxtapose seamlessly with yoga. A constant reader, journal keeper, and bike rider, Anna is also mama to seven and Nonna to two sweet little ones.
Since his early teens, Reon has been single-minded about athleticism, and now at age 52, father of seven and granddad of two, he is enjoying the fruits of that practice. He knows what works pragmatically and revels in helping newbies at fitness as well as guiding those who want to be at an elite level. As a bike racer, he rode with the German National Team. These days you can find him flexing at one of several gyms, body-building, doing CrossFit, skateboarding. His carpentry business also keeps him in top shape.

I am a Yogi, martial artist, body worker, retired breakdancer, community activist, son of a Baptist minister, and have been learning and studying eastern arts & philosophy for nearly two decades. My classes aim to create a fluid, sustainable & enjoyable practice that will prove to be beneficial over a lifetime & even as this ancient practice continues to evolve, the mantra continues: “practice is effort toward steadiness of mind”. Find me in my hometown of Richmond Va, loving my family & friends, while working to improve my community through my co-founded organization, Project Yoga Richmond.
