You will be staying at three-star hotels (by Nepalese standard) in Kathmandu and Pokhara, in shared twin rooms or private rooms.
Please note that it might be the case that even if you opt for a private room and pay the supplement, you might have to share with another traveler for two-three days of the trek.
Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Nepal and transfer to hotel. Evening orientation meeting and after that we have a yoga and meditation class. Overnight at hotel.
Morning yoga class. After breakfast, go sightseeing at a UNESCO world heritage site in Kathmandu valley including visiting the Syambhunath also known as Monkey Temple - one of the oldest Buddhist Stupa in Valley, and the Bhaktapur Durbar Square - the finest example of metal, wood and stone carving back to the 13th century. Drive back and stay overnight in the hotel. Meditation in the evening.
Yoga class in the morning. After breakfast, 3 hours drive to start rafting in Trishuli river, an experience of Himalayan white water. Once we reach the river bank, we will have some briefing about rafting and on the equipment then start rafting for about 3 hour and stop for lunch. We then continue to raft for about an hour and stay by the river bank. Tented camp, barbecue, camp firing music etc at the romantic river bank. People who don't want to join the rafting have option of going to the river bank camp early, swim, rest and stay there until the group arrives.
After breakfast by the river bank, we will drive to Pokhara (4 hours journey) by private van or bus. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara - the Lake city.
After breakfast, drive 1.5 hours from Pokhara to Nayapul and start trekking to Tikhedhunga / Ulleri. Overnight at a simple guest house - 1600 meters above sea level. On the trekking, tourists can practice their own yoga and meditation.
After breakfast, well trek to Ghorepani- 5 to 6 hours of walking through the village and jungle (watch out for the steps and donkeys). Overnight at a simple guest house 2775 meters above sea level.
Early morning, well hike to Poonhill to see the sunrise and mountain view. In a clear day, we can have a panoramic and close up view of 10 different Himalaya peaks. After that, well trek back to Ghorepani and have breakfast. Then well trek to Tadapani - 5 to 6 hours through the forest, a nice wild walk. Overnight at simple guest house.
After breakfast, trek down to Chomorong. Stay in Chomorong - a beautiful Gurung village or walk down to Jhihu (for a natural hotspring bath). Stay there in a simple guest house.
Trek to Syaulibazzar and then to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara by van or bus. Overnight at hotel.
Free and easy day or do sightseeing (optional) and boating in Phewa, the lake of Pokhara, evening stroll around lake side town. Overnight at hotel. You may also choose to do laundry, paragliding, Zipline, and etc)
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu (or can go by plane for an extra 117 USD). Well have a half-day of shopping and enjoy a typical Nepali cultural show and dinner in the evening.
After departure, drive home from the airport.
