Yoga Retreats (1)
Sunita is a holistic yoga teacher who teaches a Tantric form of Hatha Yoga, which is therapeutic by nature. It works on energy fields and, as everyone knows, everything is energy. Sunita learnt yoga in the 90’s from Swami Dhirendra Brahmachaari who taught a dynamic form of Yoga known as the Yoga of the Subtle body. Sunita is indebted to him for the beautiful yoga he taught and considers him as the supreme teacher of Yoga. She lives and works from Goa in the winters and the Himalayas in the summers.

"Wonderful online Yoga and Meditation"
Sunita was a wonderful teacher in this 3 days online Yoga and Meditation. I even had to change the starting time on the second day, which was no problem.
In these 3 days, Sunita gave me many practical inputs and guided me very lovingly through meditations and the yoga.
It was the first time, that I attended an online yoga and felt a bit unsure at the beginning. But Sunitas kindness made me feel at home soon.
This were 3 perfect days for me to bring back the focus to what is important and furthermore, she gave me so many inputs to implement this into everyday life.

"An invaluable and enriching experience"
I enjoyed Sunita’s teaching and approach. I was looking for a gentle approach to practice yoga in particular and my learning went far beyond. I loved her yoga practice and her explanations of how to practice it. She also helped me better understand the relationship between body and mind when practicing yoga. As to meditation as such she explains in very simple and concrete words what it is and how to practice it. I feel more comfortable meditating following her guidance.
As a result, she helped me clarify some aspects of my personal development work where I was stuck too.
I would sum up her teaching and practice as simple (as opposed to complicated), clear, concrete, pragmatic, realistic, gentle and powerful.

"a good short stay for mind awareness "
pace of the place is nice, people are good. It will be a great place to visit during good season for sure. I had a good interactive session with Sunita, who was my yoga and meditation tutor. I found her very easy to get along with, she tried to understand me and teach basis what I wanted to address during my stay, which I think is great! Food is lovely, people serving the restaurant are friendly and attentive.

"First yoga experience and I really enjoyed it"
I was passing through Goa and I thought to myself 'why not give it a go' and to my pleasant surprise I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the yoga and meditation sessions being led by Sunita. I enjoyed the minimal beauty of the hut I stayed in. And I really enjoyed how close the place was to the beach!
