Let Kristen and Dale help you go inside to the essence of freedom within you. That which easily gets drowned out by noise, clutter & busyness and reconnect with God the Source by merging into rest & renewal thru gentle movement & breathing, mindfulness & silence.

The program begins promptly at 17:00. Please plan to arrive no later than 16:30. If you must be late, please give notice.

- 11:30 Personal Reflection Time: suggestion to do — breath awareness, journaling, nature gazing, paddle board, kayaking, walking, relaxing, unplug from technology/phone, nap, etc.
