Lara teaches body alignment principles of pilates, and transformational practices of yoga and has combined her background in physical therapy with her love of movement as therapy. Lara's techniques guide you on how to prevent and rehabilitate your body from past problems, injuries and conditioned habits. She has healed many clients from chronic back pain, tight neck, joint issues, such as shoulder impingement, tennis elbow, hip arthrosis, strained ligaments.
Laiyee has helped hundreds of clients internationally with anxiety, depression, life purpose, relationship issues, infertility, addictions, sleep disorders, smoking and coffee cessation, self esteem, grief and loss, career direction and general confusion. She teaches qigong to calm the body and the mind and uses different therapeutic techniques to create change. Her years of experience (since 1980) with meditation and tai chi have given her a solid foundation for creating clarity and luminosity.
