All rooms at Mayacamas are beautiful and luxurious, with 100% organic beds and linens. Each room has a private bathroom and its own temperature control system for your comfort. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers are provided. Shared or private rooms are available.
The yoga classes will be a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, linking movement with the breath, moving your body through both Power and Restorative poses. The classes will be theme-based, creative and balanced and will incorporate pranayama (breathing), strengthening, stretching, detoxing, energizing, and meditation. You will experience a safe and nurturing practice where the focus is on the connection of movement with the breath, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized. All levels are welcome and encouraged.

Sally is a RYT 200-hour yoga teacher, certified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, ChiRunning and ChiWalking instructor, and integrative nutrition health coach. She began healing and teaching through yoga, natural running and walking techniques, massage, energy healing, and health and wellness coaching. She aims to share with others what has helped her to heal her own body and discover a path of transformation and greater self-awareness.

Surrounded by 360 degree views of Mount Saint Helena and the Mayacamas mountains, take in some of the most breathtaking views in the wine region while lounging and swimming in the salt water pool. Swimming in a mild saline solution is much like taking a shower in soft water. In a salt water pool, the water feels smooth, your skin feels smooth, and many people feel more refreshed. Festive gatherings can also be arranged poolside. Soak in Mayacamas Ranch's relaxing Jacuzzi, a perfect place to start or end your day.
Explore the Mayacamas organic garden, full of cutting flowers and many of the fruits and vegetables are in the recipes they cook for you. The garden is closed to outside fake nutrients (a.k.a chemical fertilizers) and instead embraces the natural cycle or system that is contained in an organic garden. The garden is home to close to 50 raised beds for growing vegetables. In addition, it is well populated with ornamental perennial plants and fruit trees, appealing to all senses. You may also enjoy views of the garden from the sun deck off the lodge.
