4 Day Bodhi Yoga Verteillac Retreat with Meditation and Pranyama in in the Countryside of France

Facilities

The day will begin with an early morning yoga practice at 7.30 a.m., this will be outside on the wooden yoga deck in the tranquil garden, weather allowing, or in the Yoga Studio in the 200-year-old barn. Breakfast will follow, served at around 9 am on the terrace.

Free time to chill, relax and reflect on the grounds of La Croix du Court. The opportunity to explore the local area here in the beautiful countryside of the Dordogne.

Early evening yoga at 5 p.m. and dinner around 7.30 p.m. Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice to close the day.

Set in a beautiful position overlooking open countryside, yet within a 5-minute walk of the typical French village of Verteillac. The gite is set overlooking fields to the front and the village to the rear.

For those who seek peace and tranquility you need look no further. However, if you so choose the venue is a 5-minute walk from a vibrant community, with a bar, restaurants, a boulangerie, and a village shop.

All food is vegetarian, seasonal, and locally sourced. Much of the produce used is grown in the own garden. The venue also has its own rescued hens, re-homed for their retirement with them. Food is freshly prepared each day by the hosts. The gite has a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare lunch/ snacks etc.
