"Nothing much i can say than very recommended especially for you who are travelling on budget. The place is clean, the service is excellent, the food is ok (at least for me), the location quite strategic (you can find CircleK next to the hotel). Total floors are 2 floors."

"The room is ok and the bed quite spacious. The bathroom also clean. Hot and cold water are there. Bathroom amenities are towel, body shop, and shampoo only. So you need to prepare by your self. Nothing to worry, you have Circle K nearby. No hairdryer in the room but you can borrow from the hotel. No iron in the hotel, so be prepared if you are concern with your neat cloth. And one more thing, you cannot choose view for your room."

"Restaurant only for breakfast. It is located in the Lobby level."

"In front of the hotel, you can find motorbike for rent for only $6. very strategic, right?"

"We loved our stay here, it's in a perfect location with about a 10 min walk to the beach and 15/20 to the Seminyak square area - where there are lovely restaurants, bars and boutiques. "

"The rooms are small, but perfect for what we wanted them for and the shower was hot and powerful! "

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating too with every question asked! Would recommend to people and we are thinking of going back before we leave Bali!"

"What a great little spot! Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Coffee could be better. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Shops, beach, and close to many large resorts on the beach that offer free pool visits. W Hotel for example. This was the best spot to stay on a budget. Solo or with friends/significant other."

"This was our first hotel in Bali and i can say my favorite. The location is its best asset, very accessible to great shops and restaurants. The beach requires quite a long walk but if you enjoy walking like me it wont feel that long. Room is clean and well maintained but the bathroom lacks privacy, also their twin bed is just 2 separate mattress put together in a double size bed. Its not a big deal but i just don't get why they cant have 2 separate bed if they already have 2 single mattress. Overall it was a great stay for the price and its probably the best in the area, i would totally comeback."

"This hotel is about a 20 min walk to Seminyak Village and surrounding shops, restaurants, bars etc..."

"I stayed in a budget room which was really spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked a treat and nice pressure from the shower. "

"It's still very close to mini marts ( next door) restaurants, massage parlors. "

"The bed was really comfortable and the staff were really helpful. Carrying my bags into my room for me and holding my bags until I left for the airport. The staff were more than helpful and happy to assist. "

"Would definitely recommend for budget to mid budgets travelers."

"First night in Bali with friends! Bnb was perfect! Nice breakfast, very clean rooms and hotel! ATM by reception, 24 hour shop next door! Couldn't have been any better for two nights! Would go again and definitely recommend to any couples or friends travelling around needing somewhere to stay! Price was an absolute steal too!"

"Stayed at this place 3 night before going home. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The rooms are of a really good standard. Definitely of a higher standard than what you pay for with good shower, comfortable bed, fast wi-fi and TV with good supply of channels!Great location if you want to go on day trips to, for example Bukit or Canggu because of good road connections close by. Also close to good restaurants and shopping. The hotel is on a side road though so there is no traffic disturbing your sleep!"

  • Review by a traveler from Melbourne, Australia

"Was really impressed with this place. It's super cheap, in a pretty good spot amongst the Seminyak madness (20 min walk to beach) and the service was great. It's clearly just been built or remodeled so expect lots of straight white lines. Rooms are compact but very functional with a little desk, bathroom and comfy bed. Air conditioner was ICE cold. It was the coldest one I encountered in one month travelling around Indonesia. One slight complaint is that the septic tank smell in one of our two rooms was quite strong. We mentioned to them, they came and put chemical stuff down the drain which helped slightly. Not a totally awesome result but they tried. Other room smelled fine so I think we just had bad luck. If we had been staying more than one night, I would have switched but given our limited time there, we just left it. All in all, great experience and would recommend. Italian Warung down the street has surprisingly good pizza and Zula Vegetarian Paradise is only 5 minute walk from here."

"Stayed for 3 nights during the weekend. The room looks exactly the same with the picture. The room clean and not smelly, which is good. The staff was very helpful with the motorcycle rent, taxi, and others. Breakfast was good, though it was small. But that's good, I could spare some space for brunch in the cafe around Seminyak."

"Doing the review right now in this homestay with the fast Wi-Fi. Small clean room for 2 persons. Theres a desk and a small chair with and also another small bench in the room. Small bathroom but the door is a little weird. Same door is link from bath room to shower room. Small safe and closet. If you need an adapter, they provide it at the counter. And, if you need tooth brush and tooth paste, you can purchase it for 1 USD at the counter. Great location. Many shops right outside the home stay. Massage and spa parlors are everywhere. Beach is quite a walk away about 20 to 30 minutes."

  • Review by Andi M. from Bishops Stortford, United Kingdom

"I stayed in this hotel last Sunday during a short public holiday after reviewing many other hotels in Bali and thankfully I can say it is worth every penny! Only for around IDR 330k, I received 5 star hotels hospitalities. The staff are very friendly since I walked into the hotel as they ask politely before handling my heavy luggage carefully. Check-in is very smooth, as I have booked before. The room is brand-new, tidy and super clean, including the very-comfy double bed. Amenities are all provided. Power shower with hot water is available. Free and very fast Wi-Fi is also enjoyable. Strategic location, not very far away from Seminyak beach. Breakfast is brilliant and yummy. I will definitely book this hotel again every time I return for holiday in Bali."

"For the price paid for a room at this hotel (approx. 330, 000 IDR / night), this hotel has excellent value! The hotel is brand new and the rooms were immaculate. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. It was very nice that coffee, tea and filtered water were always available free of cost in the lobby. The only negative I would mention would be the breakfasts. They tasted a little strange and processed (this just might be my opinion though). There is an excellent cafe down the street (Buzz Cafe). Location is great; its nearby lots of great restaurants and an approximate 20 minutes walk to the beach. I was very impressed by this hotel and would definitely recommend it if you want a very clean room, comfy bed, safe atmosphere and friendly people!"

"The hotel is very affordable, the room is nice and cozy, and the bed and the pillows are very comfortable for a budget hotel standard. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and kind. Location is another plus point for this hotel, very strategic for those backpackers wishing to go around Seminyak and Kuta area, shopping places are only within walking distance from the hotel. And I especially love the breakfast! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those who would like to save budget on accommodation, but would still be able to enjoy their stay."

  • Review by Lucy & Mitchell

"Originally booked 3 nights but enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for 7 nights. Staffs are incredibly helpful letting us print a boarding pass for free, calling a company for us and they even provided a free taxi to the airport for us (advertised on their website for staying more than 3 consecutive nights). Breakfast was included in the price, which was ok but perhaps the only slight drawback to the hotel as there aren't many options and it's not the best quality. The location is good it's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach and there's plenty of restaurants and bars very close by. We stayed in a standard double, which was plenty big enough with very clean bedding, towels etc. It is also cleaned every day with 2 free bottles of water provided. An added bonus is that there are many English TV channels available in the room including film and entertainment channels. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the whole hotel and the shower is powerful and hot. Would definitely return again."

"This place is very cozy and clean for what you pay. You have everything you need and the Wi-Fi is not bad at all. The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate your breakfast needs if you are vegetarian or need it extra early. Room is cleaned thoroughly every day. However, bathroom did have a bit of a smell, to be expected in Bali really. I wish that all budgeted hotels were this good! Highly recommend."

"Breakfast could be bigger. The walls are thin, which was a bit inconvenient specially if you had a room near the reception and the staff was giggling and chatting whole night (yes, also at 5am). Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast, AC, good Wi-Fi connection and free 24/7 tea, coffee and water access."

"Bnb style is a great small hotel with really friendly staff. They helped us with transfer, motorcycle rent, printing etc. We felt like home during our stay (7 days). They also cleaned the room and made up our bed every day. The breakfast wasn't the best, but we enjoyed Nasi / Mie Goreng and the coffee was good If you want breakfast somewhere else, there are plenty of restaurants just down the street. A good stay in Seminyak."

  • Review by Terence from Singapore

"Ticks all the boxes for affordable yet modern and all-round comfort accommodation. Few other places will be as desirable.Firstly, the location is fantastic, if you are not too much into the congested areas of Seminyak like Eat Street, Jl Oberoi, Petitenget, etc. It's along the small avenue of Jl Kunti, where all your needs can be met within 100 meters - restaurants, spas, convenience stores, shops, supermarket, etc. A further walk down, and you are right smack in the middle of the main street of Jl. Raya Seminyak. The B&B Style hotel is a little inconspicuous, right next to the Circle K shop. There is a small, discreet entrance. But, go beyond the entrance, and you will find this wonderful, hidden find. Cozy would be word to use to describe this small hotel. Simple reception area, staffed by very friendly locals. It's not a big hotel, and rooms are quite compact as well.Within the room, there are 2 distinct areas: bedroom, with small table and chair, and the bathroom / toilet. They are separated by a full-height glass wall, although there's a small gap above the bathroom door that's a bit strange. Power sockets are thoughtfully available at strategic locations. A boon for the modern traveler! Another feature is their reliable and super-fast Wi-Fi, which is not so common in Bali. There's no mini-bar, but hey, it's a B&B concept after all! There's also a small caf area, where breakfast is served. Breakfast orders are taken in advance, and options are more than adequate. Presentation is very impressive for what you pay, and the portion served is sufficient. Throughout the day, coffee / tea is served at a corner of the breakfast room, and sofas are available for your lounging pleasure. So again, cozy is the feeling that you will get when you are here.In summary, a modern, clean, friendly, functional, comfortable and affordable accommodation with fantastic accessibility and amenities nearby"

"Modern European style hotel with cozy and functional rooms and a super helpful staff. There're five choices for breakfast (French toast, two egg dishes, fried noodles and fried rice) - OK but the portions could be a bit larger. Close to the main road and within walking distance to Seminyak beach and all the shopping and eateries in the vicinity. ATM and a small market are just around a corner. Seminyak beach is about 10 minutes of walking. Overall, a smart choice if you prefer western style of accommodation."

"Stayed there for one night, the room are nice and the bathroom is in good conditions. Keep in mind that there is only a small window with no view. I would not stay there for more than 2 / 3 nights. Breakfast was not good at all (we had the only sweet option available), forget about he coffee which was one of the worst we got in Indonesia.Tips: Try a massage from Chill, walk out of the hotel and head 50 meters right, and for breakfast go to Moka Cafe (always right from hotel, walk until street ends and turn right again, keep walking for 150 meters) - best coffee and croissant we had in Bali."

"We booked a night here as a stopover before our flight home. The rooms are really modern although a bit small (not sure I could've stayed here for longer with the two of us). Really good value for what we paid and close to south Seminyak center although a taxi to Seminyak Square etc. - it wasn't far. Only a slight negative is if you want a 'real' Balinese feel, you don't really get that here but if you just want cheap and simple accommodation, this more than fits your needs."

  • Review by a traveler from Bali, Indonesia

"I always consider myself a budget-trendy-urban traveller, and I finally find my perfect kind of bnb / hotel! This bnb Style hotel is located in Seminyak, real Seminyak not Kerobokan, only 100 meters from the Bali Deli and Warung Italia and another 100 meters to Warung Made. Walking around is a breeze unlike when you stay in Sunset road area in which it gets too hot to walk around. Thanks to its location in Kunti Street, shopping and eating is never a problem. A 10 minutes walk allows you access to Dyana Pura beach, as well.If you need to buy some groceries head over to Bali Deli, which is only 2 minutes, walk, if you only need soft drinks or snack, there's a Circle K (minimart) just beside the property. Also, check out the nearby Warung Jerami & Spa for the best Indonesian cuisine around and some fantastic body massage. From the outside this place looks like a bistro, it has a modern industrial look with its steel and glass windows, walking inside you will find a breakfast area, and through a glass door there's the lobby area, which also has a separate 'lounge' or reading area.No hassle on the check in part, and I was handed an RFID card for the room. To get to the room, we need to go through a common door in which we need to use the card to get into, a security measure I wouldnt expect a budget hotel to have. I love the elegant lighting of the corridor, but it would do a tad better with additional wall decor. I find my room to be perfect, for the money I paid, its more than I expected to get. Luggage rack, nice 32" TV, safety deposit box, microfiber pillows, it has a working table perfect size for my 14" laptop, lots of electrical plug, good water pressure, hot water, and the electrical switch control found in the center of the headboard controls all of the lighting aspects, including the night lamp underneath the bedside table, reading wall lamp is also there.I find the bed to be a bit hard, but unlike a softer bed I find in a higher class hotel, I actually sleep better! Oh, and did I mention that we got 3 options for breakfast: stylish breakfast (eggs benedict), smart breakfast (bacon pie), and simple (brown toast). My favorite is the stylish breakfast, where I find the hollandaise sauce really tasty! Staffs are very helpful, they are quick and efficient and they are very friendly and love to smile. Also, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. I find some areas doesnt get proper GSM signal though, that's why I asked to be moved to second floor. To conclude this review, I would recommend this hotel to hip and trendy young travellers, young business travellers, and budget travellers either couple or single, who wants to stay in quiet area (surrounded by villas) and love to stroll around shops and beaches. I will stay again in near future!"
