You will be accommodated in Chalet Serena. This beautiful Chamonix chalet is situated high above the valley floor, with stunning views of the magnificent Mont Blanc mountain range. The chalet has seven bedrooms, all designed and equipped to a very high standard. All bedrooms can be shared twins or doubles with a super king size bed, all have an en-suite bathroom, LCD television and DVD player, and a south-facing balcony (several have a hammock).

The chalet has its own spa with a steam and sauna room, treatment room for the on-site massages, huge living area with double height picture windows and the ideal yoga deck, complete with Jacuzzi and pool, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. During your retreat, there will be an excellent full-time chef, chalet host, and driver, providing catering, cleaning, driving, and 24-hour assistance.

This retreat will offer a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Yin, and Restorative yoga with meditation. Your wonderfully intuitive and experienced instructor for this retreat, Clive Fogelman, teaches a very inclusive style so all levels of experience are welcome.

Clive Fogelman has a creative and open minded approach to yoga and meditation. This retreat will take place in Chamonix Mont Blanc, France. Few sights on earth compare to the awesome spectacle of Mont Blanc in the French Alps, the highest peak in Europe. The scenery surrounding the luxury chalet in the Chamonix valley is stunning. Just looking at it stills the mind.

During this retreat, you will be served three daily vegan or vegetarian meals. The quality of the food on the retreat is very important. You will enjoy healthy, nutritional meals carefully chosen by chef to complement the retreat perfectly. The food will be absolutely delicious and mostly vegetarian or vegan, but you can opt for fish or meat when booking your retreat.

There will be one free evening to enjoy a meal at one of the fabulous local restaurants. Please include your dietary requirements in the section provided at checkout. Organic and local produce is used where ever possible.

Chamonix is an extreme sports paradise (for skiing, snowboarding, mountaineering, trail running, walking, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, wing suit flying, and more) but many people go there just to admire the spectacular views of the mountains and glaciers, wander around the shop-lined streets and enjoy the warmth of a nice coffee shop or restaurant.

You will have enough free time on the retreats to explore Chamonix and experience all the cool stuff it has to offer. The main attraction being Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Europe at 4,810 meters. The views of the Mont Blanc Massif are spectacular from the valley floor, but it is recommended viewing it from the highest cable car in Europe, the Aiguille du Midi (3,842 meters). There, you will find "Step into the Void", one of Chamonix’s most recently added attractions; a glass-sided box with a view of Mont Blanc to your left and a 1,000-meter drop beneath your feet.

Another popular place to visit is the impressive Mer de Glace glacier (sea of ice) which is accessed by the Montenvers funicular train. From the top, you can descend to the ice caves via cable car and a series of walkways and steps.

You will have a full body massage included in the package and a full day at a wonderful spa just over the border in Italy. You will also have the access to use the hot tub, pool, steam room, and sauna at the chalet.
