Enjoy beautiful mountain nature walks with an experienced guide, delicious gourmet vegetarian food, and plenty of free time to explore the Chamonix Valley or relax in a luxury Alpine chalet.

The experienced, fun and inspiring instructor; Faye Fenton, will guide you through an energising morning yoga flow class, with an emphasis on feeling good, and finding freedom. You will wake up those tighter bits of the body, strengthen the muscles, and let go of anything that might be holding you back. The practice will focus on linking breath with movement, whilst improving flexibility and strength.
The evening classes will take on more of a wind-down vibe, with gentle movement, longer-held ‘Yin’ postures, easy meditation techniques, pranayama, yoga Nidra, and deep relaxation to ensure a restful sleep.
The classes will be suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga.
The gentle half-day hikes last 2 to 3 hours with plenty of rest time to take in the incredible views. No prior fitness level is required. She makes sure no one is left behind while imparting knowledge about the local wildlife and beautiful fauna.
On the full-day hike, you leave the chalet at 10:00 and set off to explore some of Chamonix’s best hiking trails. Around midday, you make yourselves comfortable in an Idyllic setting for a healthy packed lunch with impressive views.
When rested, you continue your inspirational journey through the spectacular Mont Blanc mountain range before returning to the chalet to enjoy a fresh healthy smoothie and to relax in the hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
Based in London, Clive Fogelman has a creative and open-minded approach to yoga and meditation, influenced by his therapeutic work and sporting background. He encourages people to cultivate intuition within their bodies, mindful that all individuals are different and continually evolving. His tailored yoga classes emphasize linking breath and movement to direct attention inward and become more aware of each moment and the unique nature of our own body. Drawing on the parallels between yoga and life, the mat becomes an opportunity for exploration and transformation.
Susie started practicing yoga in her late teens following an injury incurred through her dance training. The freedom and ease that she found while dancing was reawakened when she discovered yoga. She has studied and attended an eclectic array of workshops and trainings with internationally acclaimed instructors offering her the opportunity to deepen her studies in Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra and meditation but due to her background in dance her style is deeply rooted in Vinyasa. This is reflected in her teaching which lends to the smooth choreography of her classes.

Jasmine began her practice almost a decade ago, whilst training in physical and contemporary theatre. Yoga continues to offer her a space to truly land in her body with compassion; to create space for inquiry, meditation, and play. These values are baked into the very fabric of her practice and are woven into her offerings. he completed her training in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in India in 2019 and has since bolstered her knowledge with various pieces of training and workshops in Yin, sequencing, and several in anatomy, which she has a keen and vigorous curiosity for and has trained in with Leslie
Holm Hänsel’s yoga classes will bring you joy through the movement of your body and a deeper sense of peace in your mind. Through yoga, Holm himself constantly experiences new limits to be mastered. Sometimes it is possible to overcome these limits and sometimes it is not. It’s for this reason it’s so important to learn to accept where you are now and give yourself the time you need to progress. Concentrating on the essentials and letting go of what is no longer needed leads to new stages in life suddenly opening up. Holm affirms that yoga, like life, is a wonderful journey.

Faye discovered yoga when she was pregnant with her first child, back in 2005, and immediately fell in love. This ancient discipline somehow felt like an incredible balm for her slightly chaotic, busy life (she was running a restaurant at the time). Fast-forward 18 years, and yoga still soothes Faye’s mind and empowers her spirit in much the same way. Faye is the founder and owner of the UK studio, Barefoot Birmingham Yoga, and mainly teaches Slow-Flow; a mindful mix of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga.

Chamonix is a paradise for extreme sports such as skiing, snowboarding, mountaineering, trail running, walking, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, wingsuit flying, and more. But, many people come here just to admire the spectacular views of the mountains and glaciers, wander around the shop-lined streets, and enjoy the warmth of a nice coffee shop or restaurant.
In this retreat, you will have enough free time to explore Chamonix and experience all the cool stuff it has to offer. The main attraction is Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Europe at 4,810 meters. The views of the Mont Blanc massif are spectacular from the valley floor.
Bluerise Retreats recommends viewing it from the highest cable car in Europe, the Aiguille du Midi (3,842 meters). Here, you will find ‘Step into the Void’, one of Chamonix’s most recently added attractions. It is a glass-sided box with a view of Mont Blanc to your left and a 1,000 meters drop beneath your feet.
Another popular place to visit is the impressive Mer de Glace glacier (sea of ice), which is accessed by the Montenvers funicular train. From the top, you can descend to the ice caves via cable car and a series of walkways and steps.
One free full body massage and a full day at a wonderful local Italian spa are included in the price. You will also have free use of the hot tub, pool, steam room, and sauna at the chalet.
