Naomi Hayama
Naomi Hayama started practicing yoga at a very young age. Because her mother and father-in-law are both yoga teachers in Japan, Naomi was creating an early awareness of the practice that led to a deepening interest over the years. Naomi now lives in Bristol where she has been teaching yoga since 2004. She is the owner and the manager of Bristol Yoga Centre and the founder of Everyday Yoga. Naomi is specializing in Hatha, interweaving Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin, and Nidra yoga.

Clive Fogelman
Based in London, Clive Fogelman has a creative and open-minded approach to yoga and meditation, influenced by his therapeutic work and sporting background. He encourages people to cultivate intuition within their bodies, mindful that all individuals are different and continually evolving. His tailored yoga classes emphasize linking breath and movement to direct attention inward and become more aware of each moment and the unique nature of our own body. Drawing on the parallels between yoga and life, the mat becomes an opportunity for exploration and transformation.

Susie Murray
Susie started practicing yoga in her late teens following an injury incurred through her dance training. The freedom and ease that she found while dancing was reawakened when she discovered yoga. She has studied and attended an eclectic array of workshops and trainings with internationally acclaimed instructors offering her the opportunity to deepen her studies in Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra and meditation but due to her background in dance her style is deeply rooted in Vinyasa. This is reflected in her teaching which lends to the smooth choreography of her classes.
Lisa Esteve
Lisa passed her Yoga Teacher Diploma from India. Currently, Lisa is a Vinyasa yoga teacher in Paris. Through flowing sequences lead by the breath Lisa will guide you in finding balance, strength, and focus. Every class will end with a blissful moment of meditative relaxation.

Malwina Koska
Malwina completed a 200h yoga teacher training in 2016, specializing in a Vinyasa practice. She then went on to become a certified mindfulness teacher. Malwina’s passion for wellness and meditation took her from the Business Development Executive role at Apple to co-founding her own corporate wellness company and becoming a full-time Yoga and Mindfulness teacher. Malwina emphasizes the mind-body connection in her classes and is particularly interested in the ways her students can incorporate mindfulness into everyday life.

Kate Tyler
Kate discovered Yoga and Meditation in her teens and has been a lifelong practitioner of both ever since. Kate also teaches a program of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses. Kate’s approach to Mindfulness teaching aims to be inspiring but light-hearted and humorous with an acceptance of people just where they are now, embracing the core principles of embodiment, open mindedness and compassion.

Jess Dezaux
Jess Dezaux has been teaching yoga and meditation internationally for over ten years. A native Australian, she has facilitated teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats across Asia, Europe and America. Furthering her certifications in Vinyasa Prana flow, yin yoga, and mindfulness meditation, she has completed diplomas in health studies, energetic anatomy, yogic philosophy, Ayurveda and is a certified holistic wellness coach. Jess’s classes are healing, heart-centered, and expansive and are designed to move the student towards a desired state of being.

"A retreat to be connected with yourself again"
The retreat was great! It was one of the best experiences of my life. Not only the relaxation within the retreat, but also the self-development that I was able to experience with the help of the instructors.

"Really loved it - worth every cent!"
I enjoyed this retreat so much, there was always such a positive vibe and it even felt a bit like family!
Everyone really went out of their way to get you what you wanted (e.g. special-order desert by the phantastic cook, additional transfers into the city-center, or specially providing Coca-Cola because while I know it’s not healthy, I really love it) - and they did it with a genuine smile.
I was a bit hesitant at first to book this, because I thought it was a bit higher-priced than some other retreats I had looked at: But I think, that since so much was already included in the price (transfers, 1-hr-massage, day-spa ticket, etc.) that in the end, I paid less than for the others, where so many things would have led to additional costs.
And now that I’ve been there; even if it had been higher priced than other retreats, it would still have been worth it :-)

"A lovely week of exercise and relaxation in the French Alps"
+ The chalet offered pure luxury! A magnificent view into the valley and up towards the mountains. Five star facilities: Comfortable beds. Individually decorated rooms (continent-themed). A pool. A hot tub. A sauna, steam and massage room. A fire place. A large terrace and balcony. A small bar area. A games room. A private little movie theatre. A big dining and seating area. Keywords: comfortable and spacious.
+ The surroundings were simply stunning. The snow-capped mountains and lush green hills. Small meltwater streams here and there (one right next to the chalet). Great hiking paths through the forest.
+ A well thought through week's schedule that offered a great mix of yoga sessions and guided activities (hikes, night out in Chamonix, spa trip to Italy), but also left plenty of room for everybody's own plans, relaxation and excursions.
+ Being able to try out varying yoga styles in energising morning and calmer, more relaxing evening sessions. The choice of Naomi Hayama as a yoga teacher was excellent.
+ The massage session!
+ The food was amazing! Even as a non-vegetarian, I thought the (fully vegetarian) meals were absolutely delicious, very varied and always supplied in copious amounts.
+ The fact that one felt pampered and well looked after. That we didn't have to worry about buying and preparing food, doing the dishes or the washing. That even towels, bathrobes and slippers were supplied. One could simply be, switch off and relax...
