Flow or Vinyasa
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required.

- 06.00 – 07.30: Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Hatha yoga
- 07.30 – 08.30: Breakfast
- 10.00 – 11.00: Meditation / lecture / discussion
- 11.00 – 12.00: Vinyasa flow yoga
- 12.00 – 13.00: Lunch
- 17.00 – 18.00: Flying yoga
- 18.00 – 19.00: Yin or restorative yoga
