In this 200H Hatha, Vinyasa and Arts Immersion Yoga Teacher Training at Blue Indigo you will be able to combine the wisdom of yoga and artistic creation. In weaving Yoga & Art, we will take you on a beautiful journey, empowering you to connect with your fullest and most authentic self.

In this retreat, you will dive deep into yoga classes guided by certified and experienced teachers. Blue Indigo also offer artistic activities which encourage your inner artist to play, helping to break down any limiting beliefs and conditioning. This retreat will be more focused on your own personal progress.

If you want to deepen your love of yoga and art by combining movement, sound, drawing and visual art, as well as encouraging your own creative energy to flow freely and abundantly, then this is the course for you.

The teachers will make sure to focus on the student's needs and progresses.

You will be staying at the Blue Indigo yoga retreat center, Siem Reap, Cambodia, located 10 minutes away from the Siem Reap Riverside. The cottages are nestled in a tranquil area surrounded by trees and flowers for a lovely atmosphere.

Blue Indigo Yoga Retreat Center is designed as a spiritual retreat center and suits your needs very well. The center comprises of comfortable seven wooden cottages, each 30 square meter, with a ceiling fan to keep the atmosphere cool and mosquito nets. Each cottage has a lovely bathroom with shower. In the center of the property, there is a 100 square meter shala (room) for yoga and meditation. The shala is built with traditional materials and is very well ventilated. There is also a garden for meals.

This place was built from the ground up, with the vision to be a place to immerse yourself in wellness. With three yoga shalas, a small dining area and beautifully decorated wooden cottages, you will not feel the time pass, in this bubble of peace. You will have the choice of staying in private cottages, shared cottages (2 beds), or dorms (4 beds).

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in Blue Indigo.



Students who complete their subsequent trainings are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).


In this Yoga Alliance International certified course, you will establish solid yoga foundation through learning the eight limbs of yoga taught by experienced yoga teachers. Focused on Hatha and Vinyasa, you will also explore yoga styles such as Aerial, Yin, and Nidra. In addition to this essential yoga training, you will develop your creativity and enjoyment through arts.

Daily Schedule

  • 06:00-07:30 Yoga practice. Starting the day with a yoga class
  • 07:30-09:00 Breakfast and break
  • 09:00-10:30 Lectures/philosophy, learning the 8 limbs of yoga
  • 10:30-12:30 Art of teaching, learning asanas and the art of teaching your friends and students
  • 12:30-14:30 Lunch and break
  • 14:30-16:00 Anatomy, how to practice yoga mindfully, not hurting oneself and others
  • 16:00-17:00 Yoga practice
  • 17:00-18:00 Meditation
  • Saturdays are for art workshops and self-study and Sundays are free

Siem Reap is renowned for its magnificent temples. As the largest religious and spiritual monument known today, the area has a unique culture and vibration, with deep roots in Theravada Buddhism. You will experience that spiritual culture while practicing at the center or in the countryside, under the shade of centenary trees and archeological wonders.

Included in the program are three vegetarian, homemade meals, made from ingredients the owner carefully selects himself by shopping in specific markets in the very early morning hours, to guarantee quality and freshness. Vegan meals can be arranged.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Siem Reap International Airport (REP). From there, you may take tuktuk for a cost between 5 - 7 USD to reach the center.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
