Time is a scarce and non-renewable resource. Once a moment is gone, it’s gone and there is no way you can recover it. To have clarity, you must develop good habits, eat and move with attention, spend the time in inspiring places since it's good for the soul. This program provides you with physical and emotional tools, structure, and support to develop greater awareness and presence in your day-to-day life.

During this retreat, you will get morning yoga sessions, awareness of the breath (pranayama) plus guided meditation sessions, awareness and alignment of the bandha (the internal support), Restorative evening yoga session, headstands, arm balance, and the law of attraction workshop. You can also have a message at an additional cost from the house if you desire.

The thoughts are frequency attracting that in which you focus the most. To try to control your thoughts would cause anxiety as you are receiving information constantly and undoubtedly. You all have responsibilities that require action. Instead of controlling thoughts, it is more productive to focus on your emotions. There are only two kinds of emotions: negative (boredom, sadness, anger, grief, etc.) and positive (excitement, curiosity, anticipation, forgiveness, love).

To participate in the creation of good emotions is in your control, the people you spend time with, books that you read, food that you eat, places that you go. These will determine the quality of your lives by collecting data and establishing new neuro-pathways or new habits. With a strong mind and body, you can create space and gather energy to your simple yet complex journey called life.

Mallorca is well known as one of the best places to cycle. The Spanish island welcomes thousands of cyclists who enjoy the warm weather, excellent roads and fantastic scenery. Yoga is a practice that dates thousands of years and it offers great benefits for today’s cyclists. Yoga is a practice for the body and mind that leads to strength, flexibility and focus. Some of the elite cyclists practice yoga as part of their training program, for example, 2012 Tour De France winner Bradley Wiggins, or pro mountain biker and Olympian Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski. From power to endurance, athletes at all levels are incorporating yoga to gain aerobic strength and prevent injury.

Yoga offers many ramifications from slow-paced practices to the vigorous sequence of Ashtanga. All styles can be beneficial but the most applicable for cyclists will focus on continuous movement, steady flowing, that work through a full range of movements and build great muscle endurance. Styles such as Ashtanga, Power, and yoga Flow would be appropriated. The classes at Blue House Yoga are designed to incorporate both individual needs and combined levels.

Cyclists need to focus on leg strength, flexibility and lower back strength, as they spend a great deal of time bent forward, which leads to tight hip flexors. Many yoga poses target the hip flexors and lower back, helping to balance muscle strength and prevent injury. Yoga also keeps you focused on a deep and steady breath through pranayama. Training your muscles aerobically and learning how to control your breathing are two very important aspects of any training.

If you are a keen cyclist and are yet to visit Mallorca, you are missing out on some of the finest routes in Europe. After your booking you will receive five options of the most exciting cycling routes in Mallorca, some with a focus on the more mountainous areas; for those of you that prefer flatter routes, rest assured as Mallorca has plenty of it to offer as well. Ultimately the (group) routes will be selected considering a list of criteria, preferences and mood of the day.

Included excursions

There will be optional excursions offered weekly such as trips to the mountains, further beaches and sites, walks, evenings with live music, or dining out. These activities will be discussed with the people present at the time and are subject to the weather and other conditions. Directly from the location, there are beautiful walks along the coastline and the stunning sandy beaches.

Cintia started her practice in 2008 studying in Brazil with DeRose, President of Honor in one of the most successful networks of self-development in Brazil, Portugal, and Argentina, with a good penetration in other European countries and awarded numerous titles from various institutions around the world. Cintia teaches in North London, where she is based, and Ibiza. Instead of trying to fit different people into standard positions, her students are encouraged to express themselves through their fullest ability.

This retreat will take place at a beautiful villa in Palma, Mallorca, Spain. It is a short walking distance to the breathtaking Maioris Sea and a few minutes' drive to the famous Arenal Beach.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request for 25 GBP.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 45 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 10 days before arrival.
