Accommodation

During this retreat, you will stay either in a private or a shared suite, twin room, or master suite.

Program

Prior to your arrival, you will be given a full morning to night itinerary to tailor your experience according to your desire and focus. Pick a mix and a fixed program will be helpful to assist in your daily activities.

This retreat includes a morning Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class, an awareness of the breath or pranayama with meditation sessions, awareness and alignment of the badha or the internal support, Restorative evening yoga, sessions of TRE or Trauma Releasing Exercises, headstands and arm balance workshops.

Guests will be taken to watch the sunset at the ashram in the beautiful location of Cala Conta Beach. Additionally, you can unwind by the pool, stroll along the beautiful beach, have a massage, get your nails done, dine in or out, have a shamanic private session, and more! Do what you love and don't forget to make a lot of new friends.

Mission

Blue House Yoga believe in the transformative power of a conscious active lifestyle and in the vitality of feeling good, if everything is right inside, the outside will most definitely fall into place. Blue House Yoga mission when designing yoga retreats and workshops is to inspire people to make choices in this direction, having faith in synchronicity. As Carl Jung first explained, there is a meaningful coincidence in our encounters. Synchronicity is an 'acausal connecting' (togetherness) principle. Also, there is something very powerful about breathing and moving together with the same intention.

This retreat will be led by Daniela, her first yoga training was in Brazil with DeRose Method in 2007 where she gained her first teaching experience in 2008 before moving to Europe, firstly teaching in Madrid, and later in England where she resides and completed her 200-hour teacher training. In 2017 combining her passion for travel, sports, and yoga, she designing and taught at six yoga retreats in England, Spain, and Chamonix. She applies in her life and shares with her clients the knowledge of mindfulness and yoga as a way to attain lasting wellness.

From the early age, after being submitted to successful placebo trial Daniela developed a profound interest in approachable spirituality, psychology, and brain plasticity. "I firmly believes in the concept of yoga retreats as it offers immersion and demystify the practice giving participants the opportunity to experience not only asanas (poses/ physical aspect of yoga) but an emotional/mental attitude that in essence is what yoga truly is: A way of living, breathing, thinking and feeling!

Teaching

In Daniels's classes, she applies a creative sequencing combining Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga with a spirit of playfulness to encourage participants of all levels to deepen their practice. Her aim is to help others to thrive by applying methods to encourage self-knowledge, body awareness and creative solutions.

Mind and body

Daniela interested in the connection between mind and body lead her to research into nutrition, sports, performance, and health what consequently lead her to fitness modeling. Vodafone, Technogym, TAG, Qatar Airlines, Princess Cruise and Declathon are a few of the clients.

The passion for traveling are reflected in her blended thematics retreats, including skiing, golf, and creative writing breaks. Currently, she teaches, hosts and organizes wellness trips worldwide. Her clients have described her as warm and encouraging.

This retreat will take place at Ibiza, Spain. Based in the beautiful Ibiza, you will be staying near Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, three miles from the airport, the downtown, the infamous Ibiza night clubs, and vast choices of restaurants that go from natural family business cafés to cosmopolitan classics. This paradise is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and re-energize.

Food

Three daily vegetarian meals will be served during this retreat. Blue House Yoga has an integrated and uncompromising food policy that include organic ingredients in almost every case, sourcing from world-class local small-scale artisan growers and producers, including superb organic and raw goat, sheep. and cow's dairy.

Organic sourdough bakers, chef's own sauerkrauts, ferments and pickles, all oils are cold-pressed and organic, celtic sea salt only, and a sugar-free kitchen are also part of the policy.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Flights should be booked to arrive at Ibiza Airport (IBZ).

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 15 days before arrival.
