Chiara started practicing yoga five years ago to respond to a strong need for physical and above all mental well-being. So yoga gradually became part of her daily routine, bringing her back to the path of balance and opening her to a new way of living and enjoying life. She particularly loves the great transformative power of this discipline and its sharing. She believes that yoga is a discipline for everyone, even for those who are out of practice.
